I went out of my way to go there for their Greek salad; which Ive brought from them many times over the years to great satisfaction. But this time it was awful! They through together iceberg lettuce, romaine, and some spring-mix lettuce (the spring-mix was literally rotten). It should have only been romaine! Plus, the salad they serve for dinning-in, is HALF the size of the same salad that they wouldve delivered for the SAME PRICE! (I ordered delivery two weeks ago). The cashier/waitress was very friendly - of course - she wanted a tip. But the only good thing about my meal was the bread. Needless to say, its time to prepare my salads at home again.

Customer service is atrocious. I used to order here at least once a week and place started going downhill. I told them about a screwed up order and they basically told me they didnt care and that they were closing. Food isnt bad but if these guys are dumb enough to treat someone who spends about $50 cash per week the way they did me, cant ever support the business again.

BEST PIZZA PLACE EVER!!!!! Everything was absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in I knew I would be in for a great treat. The pizza was epic. It was so delicious. Every bite felt like I was tasting heaven. I dont care what anyone says, this place is just fantastic, I mean the food is just WOW, and the service is off the charts. Try a bite, you wont regret it.

The food was good the service was ok was told by one waiter himself we really dont get much customers and thats probably why the food was taking so long to come out, in my mind i was like what?!?! That didnt make sense my moms food was also cold the mash potatoes and everything but my plater was ok so overall food was good and service was ok

Generally food is good. Past 2 times I have ordered there has been something wrong. Last time I ordered a dessert, the wrong one was delivered, and it was moldy. This time, I asked for something in the sampler to be substituted, they subsitituted the wrong thing. Probably the last time I order from them.

Pizza was like the frozen pizza you would find at a bowling alley. Hard and crispy and not very tasteful. Oh and it was only 26$!!!!! Cheap pizza, cheap ingredients, cheap owner. Avoid the pizza cant comment on other food, I know I wont be going back.

Worst customer service! I ordered food, paying by card over the phone from Kosmos; the food was never delivered. They processed my card and even tipped themselves, but claim they didnt. Bank records proved it and still they did nothing.

Had lunch at Kosmos, second time were here. Good was great Loren had the gyro and Greek salad! Best around. I had the Italian hoagie. So good we ordered the white premivera pizza for dinner larger, it smells amazing.

This will be the last time ordering from here. Apparently they are unable to substitute items. Asked for onion rings instead of French fries, the response I got was "I dont know how to charge that"
