Went in for lunch and ordered the unlimited soup and salad, that says it comes with breadsticks. When my soup arrived, the bowl was crusted with dried up food that was never properly washed off the bowl. They gave me a fresh bowl of soup after I complained about the dirty bowl. Id also ordered raspberry vinaigrette with my salad, but when I put the dressing on the salad it tasted nothing like raspberry. It was awful, so I asked for ranch dressing, instead. That too was awful. Then I realized that the bread sticks that are supposed to come with the meal were never brought to the table. I asked the waiter if the bread sticks were supposed to come with the meal. He said " yes, but only if you ask for them." I said " does it say that on the menu?"…..He said " no, but you can only have them if you ask for them." Then the two women who I was having lunch with asked for a to-go box for their pizza, and they also asked for a box for my bread sticks, since the waiter only brought them to the table a few minutes before wed completed the meal. He said " I can give you a box for the pizza but I cant give you a box for the bread sticks because theyre unlimited ". I will never eat at Grotto in Seaford ever again.

Grotto Pizza had emailed me a free junior cheese pizza coupon for my birthday. As a result, I called ahead pointing out this fact and that I also wanted to order a large pizza. When I arrived at the Seaford location, they would not honor the coupon. Their reasoning asserted that the coupon was emailed a week before my birthday and not actually based on the date of my birthday... so the coupon had expired. Seaford Grottos required me to pay for the junior cheese pizza that was supposed to be free! When I pass through Seaford, I normally order pizza and 4-5 large gelatos (put in a small cooler to keep frozen) for my family at least once each month. We will no longer give Grottos in Seaford any business and will make family and friends aware.

went in after 9pm, which shouldnt matter, ordered a cheese steak. It was disgusting...tasted like the meat had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours, sent it back and ordered slices of pizza....it was burnt. called for a manager...as we were waiting, I had almost finished my soda when I discovered there was trash in my cup ...not making this up! freaking gross! I wanted to leave. the manager insists he wants to make everything right , which was nice of him, makes us a fresh pizazz to go ....on the house of course. after waiting ru the stupid waitress tries to charge us.... what a joke

Never order for delivery. I ordered 2 garden salads, a chicken sandwich and some wings for delivery. it took them an hour and a half to get it to me (They are in in Seaford, I am in Seaford). When the food got here the sandwich, fries and wings were cold and the salads were depressing and had marinara instead of dressing. they were delivered in a bag where all the bowls were turned on the side and some of the sauce from the wings escaped the container and everything was squished. I and my co-workers will never be ordering from here again.

Why does the menu not have prices? Ridiculous! I want to know how much everything costs. Last time I ordered two sandwiches and it was like 23$. Which is crazy. But the burgers were amazingly good. So, whatever. Not quite worth the price once everything was broken down. But whatever. I want to know the prices BEFORE I order and I shouldnt have to go in if I want delivery just for prices. Or call back a million times to decide since price is also a factor.

It was very enjoyable... candous and robin and von .. great drinks ...they are always plensent and friendly. If there is ever a problem with the food or drinks, she will make it right... i eat here once a week. Love the service giving and atmosphere they are the best ..... my drink of choice long island ice tea the best around ( candous & robin) 5 stars ladies.

Not only is the pizza extremely greasy (of course some grease is tasty), their subs are rediculously small, not even full, and every time I order, its always messed up. Over priced for the amount, but Ill give it to them that their flavor is good. Today is the last time Ill go to grottos after several times to see if the next experience is better.

Last couple times we have been in there wife and I sat in bar section. What a mistake. Ordered our food and took over 25 minutes for 2 slices of pizza. And ordered the nacho and cheese without peppers on it they hid the peppers under the sour cream. Not to mention that it was $8 for like 20 chips. We will not be back

Seaford .....menus are sticky and feel dirty and I could have planted potatoes in the dust on the window sills and on the blinds... Wont be back any time soon. Service was good, food OK and it was so noisy. Just didnt look or feel clean....just my opinion that more attention needs to be paid to those things.

Varies by location. The Seaford location needs the most attention. Like others, the fact that menus dont have a price is discerning. People like to know ahead of time as it helps them decide what they want. Pretty much only go to Grottos if its related to a fund raiser or lack of kid friendly options nearby.

Grottos pizza isnt high up on my personal favorite pizza list but its a family favorite so I stop in a lot when Im in the area. I think the by the slice pizza is better than the regular. I love that they added a carryout area! Mostly because theyre always so busy that you can barely find a place to stand.

I got to say this is a great place to eat. I have been here several times with my kids and we all love it. If you like gelatos check them out super delicious was one thing I missed once I moved away from New Jersey and now I can go here to eat it , so nice :)

THe last 4 times I have ordered from here they could not get the delivery right... took a chance today and ordered again., the driver forgot my drinks, and the sub was not made right....sorry I Have them another chance. I will not make that mistake again

Overall good pizza and service. Equal to other Grotto locations. If youve been to Grotto before, you know what to expect. If you havent, its a good experience, family friendly. Decent prices, good pasta and pizza, love their sauce and their gelato.

This is the third time I get all the way home, ordering extra cheese, meatballs (which I love those), and onions just to find hardly NO cheese but way way too much sause...its enough to turn your stomach....guess Im just not going anymore.....

Came here to watch the football game ask the manager 3 time to put on the Ravens all but two people on our side wanted Ravens the two didnt care she walk away and never change it we got our wings and it was very dry this place sucks
