Great TVs for watching the games. Service was very disappointing. The bartenders, manager, and waitresses were more concerned with watching the tv, texting, and talking to customers with their back to those waiting for long periods of time. The manager stood behind me as I waited at the bar and walked in the kitchen rather than alerting the bartender that I was there or asking me what I needed. The restaurant had 9 at the bar and 8 tables total. Service needs a lot of work here. I cringe when I see this because if I were the owner/investor I would be infuriated if I ever walked in and witnessed this. There was a Monday night football game on which ales it worse. This place advertises how great it is to watch football here.

Today not much except food and beer. Service sucked. Waited at our table for waitress. Another had to go get her. Had to wait for beer to be tapped. Not a big deal it happens. When food order arrived had to call it to her attention after server left that part of my did not arrive. If there is one thing that I really hate is not getting my COMPLETE food order when served. That gets you a big fat zero for customer service from me. On top of which why does it take one person to take your order and another to serve it. I will never understand that concept on top of which after getting our checkbthey were in no hurry to collect our payment.

Initially visited after they opened and wasnt impressed. Decided to give them another try tonight and left disappointed again. I ordered a chicken Bayou Poboy and fries. The meal itself wasnt anything special. After waiting 30 minutes for this meal, I was surprised to see that the fries came from McDonalds, or at least I thought they did. After waiting as long as I did for such an easy meal, I figured someone ran up the street to get the fries and chicken and just threw some sauce on it to finish it. I wont be coming back. Nothing about this place really stands out or sets it apart.

The prices have gone up slightly since the last time I was here, which is expected, a price increase from time to time, but when they cut the portions down like from 10 wings to 9 Wings in order thats ridiculous. Smarten up and watch the reviews that were just on TV last week including BWW about chain restaurants dropping due to the Millennials eating more at local family-owned businesses. Stopped in here for wings which are not too bad, but the place right down the road which just won the best wings award, give you 12 not 9 wins for an order and theyre only $9.99 not almost $12

I love BWW but this is the exception! The service was terrible as well as the food. We sat and ate at the bar so its not like the girl couldnt see what was going on. She was too worried about texting and being on her phone the whole time we were there. Any time we needed anything we had to ask for it. The place was not busy or crowded so there was no reason she couldnt be more attentive. The wings came out cold and excessively crunchy, little meat and little sauce, had to ask for extra sauce. I wish things had been better but we will not be going back to this particular BWW.

Never been, live in blakeslee pa. On our way home so decided to give it a try. Very pleasant staff. I had the lemon and pepper wings which were decent. The queso dip had a whole piece of meat at the bottom which wasnt separated tasted like easy cheese out of a can, Luke warm. Was starving so decided not to complain at that point. My boyfriend had the buffalo boneless wings, they were over covered in seasoning not very pleasant. We had a side of macaroni which was cold undercooked and tasteless. The fries were also cold. Will not be coming back to this dump.

ate there May 8th, for 5 small orders of wings ,one appetizer pretzels, kids mac and cheese, chicken nuggets and 2 beers, but spent $103-.In a world where you can buy good wings almost anywhere, and for that price, the wings should have been excellent, --they were just ok.-- and the boneless ones were more like chicken nuggets with sauce on them. Definitely NOT worth it- could get way better at my local chinese buffet or pizza place! total waste of money

I went to eat here yesterday. Both my husband I got sick with food poisoning from the wings. I noticed that one of my wings was cold but just figured they had been left out too long. Thank god my son didnt eat any wings or he wouldve have been sick too. The nausea started about 5 hrs after we ate there. Then it got worse through the night. We were up puking uncontrollably every 30 min -1 hr all night and are exhausted. Were never going back.

Went there on Sunday (presidents week). Experience was awful to say the least. Place was almost empty but they told us there is 20 min wait time because they were understaffed. Wait time turned out to be 10min. However it took them 40 minutes to bring appetizers, which were cold and tasted old and stale. Terrible, terrible place!! We had to leave early and went to Wendys instead.

Started off with worst waitress ever, 54 yrs old and all Grey and she cards me so rudely we all thought she was joking (apparently not).... $70.00 later for a few wings and two beers. Never Again. Was there once before and thought we would give another try. Everyone we talk to says "BAD EXPERIENCE". OH WELL lots of other places to eat at in Dickson City. Wont be there.........

Not sure why there are so many mixed reviews. I dont think you should base a review on a one time experience. You need to try it a few times. I can say that the food is great. After trying out different foods I found something I liked. Blue burger with traditional wings, flavors, spicy garlic and Asian zing. Its pretty good. Service was fine.

I have worked at a separate BWW location for 4 years & am a WCT (Wings certified trainer) The food was horrible & service was even worse. I got an alcoholic beverage (Mind you, I look like Im 12) & was not carded. Order was wrong, very rude service, no napkins, little knowledge of resturant., food tasted like rubber. Will not be returning.

The wings are my favorite. I always go with the medium and get half Asian zing (sauce) and half chipolte bbq (seasoning) the staff is friendly, and helpful. Ive never gotten a bad reaction after asking to try 9 different sauces. The mint blueberry lemonade is out of this world. And everytime Im in dickson city I come here to eat.

Food was pretty average at best. Though we did have an excellent server (Manny). Prices at this Buffalo Wild Wings (and I suspect all Buffalo Wild Wings locations) are terribly high for what you get. Id go back to order food that was on special, but other than that I dont think it would be worth the price.

My kids love this place. There are plenty of televisions to watch and they let you use tablets so children can play games. The waitresses are usually the hottest girls around. The beer selection is on point. Its a great place for sports and a snack..
