Ive been going to Red Pump Cafe for a few months with nothing but good experiences. But just within my last two experiences I have decided that the owner is a lying disgusting greedy a**. I ordered a dinner for two a few days ago, they didnt give me a estimate of how long it would take to get here, I assumed about 30-40 minutes as they usually say any other time I call for delivery. BUT... It took 1 hour and 40 minutes to get to my house. I called the shop 3 times to ask where my food was, and every time I called, they gave me this phony story of why my food wasnt there... But, they said the food was on them and to not worry about the bill. Today, I was having a huge pizza craving. I called up to place a delivery order, the owner gave me the total for my 5 dollar pizza, and it came to 20 DOLLARS! I asked why that was, and he told her there was a 15 dollar delivery rate!!! They have delivered to my house many times. I was NOT going to pay that, and they lost a ton of business that they will never get back.

Not great Gyros or fries. I went into BAP with average expectations. Most places that sell gyros nowadays take the lazy approach to making the meat. They buy it in pre-sliced, pre-cooked blocks that they throw on the grill and invariably overcook. A poor substitute for a gyro cone on a vertical rotisserie. Its really no different than using steakums rather than ribeye for making a cheesesteak sub. Whats worse is that I specifically asked the boy working the front if they use pre sliced gyro meat or did they cut it off the cone on spit, to which he replied that its cut off the spit. So I went ahead and ordered 2 gyros and 2 fries. When I opened the package at home I saw that the gyros were made pre sliced gyro loaf and were of course overcooked. Although I didnt expect fresh hand cut french fries, what I did get was double dipped frozen french fries that were cooked in old oil. They probably have some good food, but because of my gyro disappointment, I cant go back.

The place is under new ownership. When I ordered the pizza, it was exceptional customer service. It was delivered in a timely manner and it was hot when we opened up the packaging to eat it. The cheesesteak was amazing as well. This place has been tranformed to a world class pizza and sub place. I actually called the owner to tell him on how wonderful the fod tasted and the amount of steak & the cheese on the pizza was significantly larger in portion compared to some other take out places. I will definitely recommend it to my family and friends!

I wish I could say something nice about red pump ,however after calling to place a order for my family over the phone for pick up and clarifying our order. For the second time our order was incorrect. I spoke to owner and he made it seam like it was our mistake. We also had hair in our gravy which is the most disgusting think. Never again will I order from red pump. And the food is not all that good if you ask me. Save your self the trouble, go somewhere else.

Being from Philadelphia Im always looking for a good cheesesteak and Red Pump hits the mark. Prices are cheap compared to places with the same size sandwich. Also, delivery is usually very fast. Sometimes I have the food at the door within 15 minutes of ordering. Varied menu...lots of good other sandwiches. Pizza is good but not their specialty IMO. Friendly service. Primarily take-out/delivery vs. dine-in as theres only one table there.

Ordered food for delivery since it is a nasty day outside and my first day on the job. Bread sticks looked like twigs and were hard unappealing looking! My Maryland crab soup had strings of what I guess is supposed to be remains of crab and look like it was in water!!! This is horrible, wish I could post pictures! I never leave comments on pages, but Im working a 16 hour shift and wanted good food for my long day and was highly disappointed.

i walked in and the place is just a mess. watching the cook handle customers subs with no gloves is a major health code issue and i assure you i wont be trying a cheese steak sub with someones greasy hands all over it. The pizza is what i went to pick up, and you get what you pay for with this place. its cheap, and the food quality is the worst in town, hands down.

Place is now under new ownership and I have to say the new owner is way better! I went and ordered a large pizza and chef salad and have to say this guy has stepped it up!! The chef salad is by far the BEST one Ive had in the area and the pizza tastes like I just stepped out of a New York Pizzaria. I will most definitely come here again!

Just got a menu in the mail the other day so decided to give them a try for my lunch break and it was pretty good. I ordered their 8" cheesesteak special that comes with sub, fries and can of soda for only 8.99. The meat tasted great, I never had a cheesesteak like this before and the fries were appetizing as well. Good stuff!!

I love this place especially because they deliver to Fallston and there isnt many places that do. I suggest trying the wings because you wont be disappointed. My favorite are the whole wings with honey old bay. Its great that theres a pizza place that delivers to us with many options to choose from their menu.

I have been coming her for many months now, its a nice little place with good food. Today I went in, and was greeted by the new owners, really nice people. The same cheesesteak I get every time tasted so much better today. We got pizzas for dinner and they were good. I think Im going to like this place.

My favorite local spot. I have been eating there for years and will continue till the day i sadly leave this state and must find a new paradise. The Pizza is cheap and the best around (and thats saying something, as i have worked for a few of them). Cheesesteaks are a 10/10

I love this place. Its clean inside, the people are friendly, the prices are reasonable and best of all: the food is great! They have amazing cheesesteaks, burgers and fries. I couldnt believe the great prices, but dont let that fool you - its soo good!

Tried Belair Pizzeria for the 1st time. Used their online ordering. Very easy to use. Ordered 2 lg thin crust pizzas and fries. Food was delivered on time and hot. The delivery guy was also very nice. Food was amazing. I will definitely be coming back!

Ordered 2 pizzas. Pepperoni didnt have enough sauce or cheese and small amount of Pepperonis. Sauce was too sweet. Not worth the money. White one was good but still not a lot of ingredients. Wont get pizza here anymore.

Great Philly Cheese Steaks. The pizza looks good too but I have yet to try it. Theyve got a table or two so you can eat there if you want. Good place to go get some food with a few of your friends
