The food is top notch.....not greasy or fried too hard.... just right...... the meats are tender and delicious... the taste is traditional no surprises.....IE; General Tso chicken is spot on...the house special lo mein is vary good....the soups are perfect......and their crab Rangoon are great...That is not to say they dont use some of the same pre-frozen foods to start with only that they care about prep and execution........I have had hard as a rock chicken from other places but not from here. They care about what they deliver.

Ordered meals for the whole family, 5 meals in total. They left of one whole meal, shrimp lo mein. Refused to refund money, forced me to drive all the way back to retrieve to food THEY FORGOT. I was offered a credit for my next order but when I accepted and asked how the credit will work I was told I could have a 1.00 tea. Meanwhile my family has eaten without me and the all around family dinner mood was killed. Never again will New China get my business.

We had the General Tsos chicken and vegetable lo mein. Everything was delicious. The chicken was crunchy and had a nice sweet and spicy glaze. The vegetable lo mein was flavorful with just a bit of garlic, which I really liked. The Crab Rangoon was great too. This restaurant is probably the best Chinese restaurant Ive visited in Berks. We will definitely be back.

Read the reviews saying the food was good, etc. The food was not good. Sauces were off, to thick. My children and I ate enough to be full and tossed the rest. Ill drive to Lancaster for take - out next time.
