Edit 7/4/16 The times maybe 3x at most that I have been here were okay. Cant complain. The staff that I encountered were friendly. The food is expensive!! Or is it just me? But for the amount of fries that they serve you, its too much money for take out. Whats up with the to go ketchup cups not having lids? And BK bring back your fries from the early 2000s. We had a good thing going. I give this place 3 stars as opposed to the 2 that I previously gave, because the place received major upgrading. I no longer fear that my shoe would get stuck to the floor if I stand there too long. --------previous review--------- The food is good, but the condition of the store (sticky floors and tables, filthy carpeting, messy food areas) leaves me wondering how kocher my food was. I cant stay to eat there because of the filth. I can see how management is trying to make their staff look more professional, but they dont really act as they "appear." Reading PA only has two bgk that Im aware of, and the other one is worse -_-

I ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers and they were both cold, and both of them were lacking bacon. They tasted old. The cheese wasnt even melted on them, as if it had just been removed from its kraft singles plastic. This place is really terrible.

I hate to give this store a bad review but the food and service need some work. I have always loved burger King but this one has slipped. However, the problems are ones that can be fixed so I will go back again from time to time and hope

This BK is horrible. The staff is extremely rude, very slow, and the food is a complete mess. If you give them anything more complicated then the number of a meal, theyll mess it up.
