Primero, muy mala actitud de una de las empleadas del lugar. Luego está que mi pareja quería arroz amarillo con chicharrón de cerdo y le dieron longaniza. Al llegar a casa fue que se dio cuenta de que no le habían dado lo que ordenó. Y para finalizar, encargó para mi un chimi y cómo dominicanos que dicen ser, de ante mano han de saber que los chimis son calientes no fríos salidos de la nevera. Muy desagradable experiencia.

For starters, the workers are not friendly/welcoming. Their food tastes very good and thats about it. However, my boyfriend and I had dinner here and as soon as we got home we both had the worst case of food poisoning. The place does not look clean, the way they clean around the food with dirty rags is a red flag. The food mustve been days old because we dont get sick like this easily and we were sick for 3 days, I had to call off of work. Im never going here again. San Juan Cafe is the only place Ill be going to from now on. Eventhough its Puerto Rican and not Dominican food.

The food is good but it has the most shittiest delivery I ordered food today and they said 30 minute wait I am usually okie or at least wait and hour but tonite I have to wait 2 hours for my food to get here and when it did get here my food was so cold there was a hair in my white rice and they charged me for a drink when they never even brong me my drink late food, cold food, hair and no drink when i paid for all of it super unsatisfied with this place will not recommend it after tonite

Although their food is good, their delivery service is as bad as it gets. It took them two and a half hours to deliver to my door when they mentioned an estimated time of forty minutes (service requested at 5:55pm and delivered at 8:25pm), and the product they delivered to my door was not what I asked (White plains rice and beans instead of yellow rice and plantains).

I absolutely Love this place. Best Hispanic Food in the City. Great Servings sizes, Amazing Prices, Super Very Flavorful Food and Friendly Staff. Ive had them cater for me- Always cooked Fresh, Always on time & Always affordable. I just can not rave enough about this place.

FAMILY IS EVERYTHING

Ive been here a few times already and dont have any complaints, sometimes they do take a while to take your order, but obvious theyre very busy! The food taste never had change and the prices are very flexible! Most of the girls are very, very nice

Buffet style ... Mexo-Caribbean Cheap and HUGE serving size. Like you have to tell them to stop putting stuff on your plate. And of course the charm was order in espanola only or point and smile ... I dont know any :).
