The only downside to this place is the internet is consistently very slow, even with only a few people on their laptops. Something is definitely going on there. But otherwise, this place is my favorite Starbucks. Its actually not even the closest one to my house; I drive an extra five to ten minutes to relax here. The service is that good. The interior is very very nice with a lot of varied setting, both indoor and outdoor. Lots of windows to let in natural light. Crewmembers who keep cordial spirits even during a Sunday rush. I genuinely find the atmosphere relaxing and friendly, and usually stop by once a week to chill and work on personal projects. Lovely people, good drinks, nice environment. But my god that internet. Someone troubleshoot that router, there is undoubtedly *something* going on.

Worst Starbucks Ive been to. Left me standing for a few minutes before taking my order. No one in line, no one working behind the counter. Then it took five minutes to make my coffee. The Internet is slow and kept kicking me off And after all that, they announced they were closing right when they were closing. "we are closing now you are going to have to leave now, sorry" thirty seconds later they turned the lights off. There were elderly people still packing up and one was using a walker. I have been going to Starbucks for over 20 years and have never been treated like this.

My absolute favorite starbucks to come to, solemly because of the employees themselves! EVERY time I come get a drink they greet you from the minute you walk into the door, strike up conversation with you while youre waiting and ordering, and then bid you a good day. They are so genuinely full of joy and it is radiating! and, of course, on top of all of that, they make the drink perfect every time. All of this together ive experienced everytime, to the point where this morning I just had to call and express it. Love this starbucks!

Definitely go to THIS Starbucks if in the area, and you will get a beverage made perfect every time. I had the pleasure of sitting within an earshot of Patti McCoy (the stores manager) training a new employee. If I had one word for her itd be "passionate". Shes a 100% coffee expert that found her calling with Starbucks. I never knew the origin of the name "Starbucks" came from the book Moby Dick (Ahabs first mate). Anyway, you can rest assured any barista trained by her is going to brew you the perfect cup. Cheers!

3 separate visits = pure incompetence and useless "Im sorry" Shortly after being opened my venti green tea latte was gross and lumpy. Second visit this week Tuesday placed a preorder and bought a tall green tea latte just in case the first visit was a one off... it wasnt enjoyable. Picked up my preorder this morning and my order was incomplete. I should have checked but I ASSUMED the staff would be competent from doing this task regularly.

Great service and great drinks. The baristas are super friendly, and attentive. They greet everyone who enters in a warm and welcoming way. They know many of their customers names, and drink orders, by heart... Especially the complicated ones. They are very fast worth their service, both inside, and at their drive through. The lobby has a lot of seating, as does the outside area. This is the best Starbucks in the area.

WORST STARBUCKS EVER! I dont really write reviews but i made sure to write mine for this starbucks. The manager (big white lady Jamie) is the worst with customer service!!! Both of the times i went there she was very rude and didnt know how to deal with customer complaints! she must be fired! also when i googled her she has prior arrests so that explains a lot! came off as very racist as well.

Love the new location and staff. I stop by today to get my green tea latte. I rreceived my order it looked good unit I looked on the bottom you can see the clumps of soy milk thats means their giving me the rest that was left of the milk gross. I explain to the barista to remake my order with new fresh soy milk. It was done and than I was on my way. Taste delicious

I ordered a Venti coffee and he came half full with whip cream on top idiots dont know what theyre doing they were too worried about socializing and laughing and talking with each other than they were working. It really sucks because I was the closest one by me but Id rather go to Dunkin Donuts for the value.

This used to be my favorite Starbucks before they relocated. At the new location their internet is so slow I cant do any work. It remind me to dial-up. Im forced now to go to other coffee shops. The staff are very friendly, they are truly the best there, I miss working at my favorite coffee shop! Please fix your internet!!!!

This must be the only Starbucks that doesnt have dark coffee. After ordering them take a small filter and put over cup to pour hot water into. It tasted like cheap instant luke warm coffee. After complaining they tell me its a pour over? I wanted fresh hot delicious coffee not an instant coffee.

Service is amazing at this location, theyre quick and friendly without making you feel like theyre moving through the line like cattle. Always concerned with quality as well, the management is on point and the shift leaders are great at making sure everyone is happy.

Stopped by and grabbed some coffee after my dog got her stitches out. Picked her up a "puppacino" which she loved! They ended up remaking a caramel macchiato which we had ordered iced and had came out hot. They were really nice about it! 5 stars from me and my pup

Love the new drive thru!!! Only one anywhere near Coral Springs! Staff is always helpful and the new screen is definitely helpful with confirming your order. Cant comment on the inside because I have yet to make it in, but hopefully one day soon.

Very friendly & have been very consistent with orders! They are one of the few Starbucks , if not the only Starbucks in area with a drive-thru!! Also, the drive-thru when busy moves fairly quick!! Been here twice & so far so good!!

The lady who took my order was very nice however the guy gaspar who was making my drink was very rude when I told him he made the wrong drink. He had a very rude attitude like he couldnt be bothered. Very rude service.
