Went for lunch today to order at around 4pm. Place wasnt that busy so I figured it wouldnt be too much of a hassle to get the food. Ordered a small size Bangkok Curry but ended up getting charged for a regular size. When I asked for the receipt and noted that I was charged incorrectly so it then took another 10 minutes to get a manager even though there werent any customers in line. The girl who processed the order didnt even bother to apologize for her mistake. When the manager finally came out she tried to convince me to not get it refunded because the amount was so minuscule but I declined because I wasnt hungry enough to eat the regular serving size. She managed to refund the card but seemed oblivious to how this was a problem and when I opened up the bag I found that once again they had served me the regular size meal. After cooking it twice and not getting the order right, the food was pretty good as usual. Terrible customer service and a sense of apathy, not to mention taking 20 minutes to do an order with no other customer. Avoid at all costs.

Went in today and though the food was amazing the service was awful. I ordered a soda for myself and a pasta, then a kids meal which came with a drink. I declined the drink, because my child already had one, and the cashier insisted I get one and just take it home, even though I had insisted that I didnt want it. I told him to just give me anything in that case, and he shook his head at me and said he couldnt do that. So I chose something random with the intent of just giving it to a family member. Then he proceeded to encourage me to take a GSS survey, when I clearly just needed to go. When my order was ready it was missing my drink and my childs food was cold, mine was lukewarm at best. Not very happy that I spent money on cold food and was chastised by someone who said, "youre the customer.." and quotes policy to me directly after making it clear I couldnt decline the childs drink that came with the meal.

Very very poor service. Staff is very rude and seems not to care. I work in retail and due to lack of time for my lunch breaks, usually place phone order pickup to avoid standing in line. Even when its not busy at all, the staff is just standing and chatting. I can clearly see my order sitting on the shelf and I have to remind them that I have been waiting 20 minutes and I think that my order is sitting and getting cold. Despite that they make you wait and 9 times out of 10 the order is wrong, missing ingredients or they charge you wrong! Have brought it to the attention of the managers over and over again but they pretend as if theres nothing wrong and never apologize. They seem not to care either! Overall very incompetent staff! Please avoid at all costs if you can!

Staff friendly. Noodle portion was barely enough to cover bottom of bowl. Just got plain egg noodles small size and drink. Cost almost nine dollars! I could have went next door to sarku and got chicken teriyaki and noodles and veggies AND drink for same amount! Shame on you noodles and company! Shame on you!

I think the food here is fine but I was so impressed with the service. I had an issue with a gift card and the lady at the counter really went above and beyond to help me. O really cant remember the last time I was treated so kindly.

Lots and lots of artificial additives. Worst part is its marketed as a health food resturaunt, so if you only eat organic, non-gmo food, like me, this is not the place for you. Go a minute up the road for Chipotle.
