I had the worst experience of my life at this restaurant a few weeks ago. it was pretty much problem after problem. First let me say I absolutely love eating at TGIF back in CT and have never had a problem. I ordered the Sizzlin shrimp and chicken. it was suppose to come with two chicken breasts and it came out with ONE chicken breast cut in half :o!! I asked isnt my meal suppose to have two breasts? and she responded... "what do you think it looks like"!! I was completely baffled someone would talk to the customers like that, and I let it go because I didnt want her to take it back and then spit in it! so I just ate it. I later asked for extra napkins for my 2 year old and she literally threw them at me and they landed on the floor. then the bill came and gratuity was already included so I gave her a $20 and she looked at me and said you dont need change back right? I responded, yes! isnt gratuity included? and she said, whatever it going to take a me a few minutes to get you your change. I said to my friend how long does it take to get $4.40? almost 7 minutes passed and still no waitress so I finally we got up to ask the manager where she was and to complain about her attitude and he himself got snotty with us. he was like what does she look like and I explained and he was like um sorry dont know who your talking about I looked behind me and she was standing talking to a co- worker I went up to her and said excuse me im still waiting for my change and she said I already gave it to you! I said what? no you didnt and the "manager" was like oh she gave it to me to give it to you, I just want to see if you were the right person! witch is acceptable IF I wasnt telling him I was waiting for $4.40 and it was in his damn hand. they started laughing in our faces like it was a joke. it was a disgusting experience and I truly wish they could have been fired for the way they treated us and acted. F for customer service A+ for ruining a TGIF Miami experience! Good Job guys

Attention nasty and dirty restaurant!!, Very poor food, poorly served and presentation. the waiter brought our food, put it on the table, received new guests, give menu, I asked what they wanted to drink!,,,, and then remembering my table!!, I reach my knife and fork. horrible experience. peor restaurante, muy sucio en el area de terrazas para ocean drive, comia mal presentata y recosinada, el mesero trajo la comida a mi mesa y,,,,,, , recibio nuevos cliente junto a mi mesa , pregunto que van a tomar , y despues que tomo su orden ,recordo que yo no tenia mis cubierto, pregunto por pan , me responde el pan son .99cent , y pregunto yo, porque no me lo ofrecio y me responde, eso esta en el menu. usted no lo leyo,,,,increible !!!!! a carajo TGI FRIDAYS.

Im now sitting in my car crying over how I was just treated in your Fridays store instead of eating food. I wanted to go to the beach.. I get here.. it rains.. since its raining I went to fridays. Guy sat me at a booth no wait. Sat 5 minutes.. girl comes over to me and said its just you? I said yea.. she looked around and said no.. your at my table wheres the rest of your party? I said just me.. I already know my order of that helps..she said no.. this table is closed.. you have to get another table..I asked what she meant.. she said this is my section I close it now.. I wont serve you.. only you. I asked if she was a manager she said yes.. I asked someone else for a manager and a guy came over to me and told me he was going to sit me some place else because the section was closed now. She started arguing with me when I told him how rude she was.. he told her to be quiet.. I am disabled, I dont go out often.. I broke my back a year ago and have had multiple surgeries which make it difficult to walk.. today was a good day with my physical pain.. I dont have many good days.. and now my good day is ruined because some lady didnt want to serve a disabled guest sitting alone at her table.

Hi, On the date above i visited this restaurant. I left without my phone, i quickly realised and went back to retrieve it, the table had been cleared and my phone wasnt there. I asked the waitress and she said she hadnt seen, she never cleared the table and no phone had been handed in. I tried to ask for the manager but everyone I asked said that they were to busy. I suspected whoever had cleared the table had taken my phone but as I had no evidence I left and put it down to experience. On Friday photos started coming through to my dropbox with a picture of a lady dressed in a subway uniform in a subway outlet. I managed to find the subway and i emailed the manager who has now recovered my phone. He has told me the lady bought the phone for 50 dollars off a member of TGIs staff. He has checked the security cameras and has seen this transaction taking place. So i now have the proof that my phone was stolen by a member of your staff. I would like you to recover my phone and ship it to my UK address. Can you let me know if you can do this and what action you are going to take against this Employee? Thanks for your help Gary Firth

Normally dont do this but it was Horrible....the manager Andy needs to be fired and one of the waitress (white in her 40s) from Boston thinks the customers are for her entertainment....she spun 30 minutes plus trying to put our order in her little tablet while talking hysterically about Miami fun like she was under the influence with her arms full of bruises (suspect) after I and my partner had repeatingly told her to get us someone else she still tried to pick our food for us we thought we were getting punked...like where are the cameras .... knowing that she got caught tweaking on whatever she was on she left and came back with appetizers to save her ass we told her no we did not order that get us the manager....He later came and said she told him we cursed at her and it was not necessary without asking us what happened....He was sweating his eyes and hand were twitching uncontrollably body language told me something was wrong it was surreal...anyways we just left...as we were leaving one of the workers gave my friend a signal that something is wrong and his name is Andy and we just left to not get them in trouble..........

Wir sind als Familie seit ein paar Tagen in Miami Beach u.a. zum Abendessen unterwegs. wir waren alle sehr begeistert vom Essen. Die Burger und überhaupt das gesamte essen war super gewürzt( haben wir auch änderst erlebt), Salat war mehr als nur ein bisschen Eisberg Salat auf dem Teller. Die Bedingungen war super spitze. Wir kommen sogar nach dem Essen noch sitzen und unser Getränk in Ruhe austrinken. Preise waren sehr okay für Miami Beach. Für uns war alles super, Danke auch an das kücjemteam. Wir kommen wieder
