A few years ago, my family and I went to this Olive Garden for my younger sisters birthday. Our sever was very attentive and was incidentally a red head who attested that he had been mistake for Ed Sheehan. When the time came to sing happy birthday, he directed us to a specific birthday cake that the restaurants reserved for special occasions. We proceeded to order it, but a few minutes later, he came back and said they didnt have any. Instead, the establishment offered us each (my mother, my father, my brother, my sister, and I) a free desert, which Ive got to admit was pretty awesome.

Great food. I am not sure why the bad reviews since the restaurant does provide the food they advertise. I mean, they are not going to win an award for the best Italian food in the whole universe, but the food is really good, the service people are friendly and greet and treat you with respect. I have gone to this restaurant many times and have always had a good experience. I am sure that the day this changes, may review here will change accordingly. Until then, kudos to all of the Olive Garden employees.

Take out orders typically. Food is excellent but do notice that this Olive Garden in Bethel Park does not fill to full portion on the Gnocchi Soup. Weve been at other locations in many states and have not seen this issue anywhere else. Again, this is for "take-out" service only in the soup container. I will mark this score at 2 for the service portion. Hey, I am good tipper at $30+% so it bothers me when they scimp.

This OG is really nice. The staff is typically friendly and the food is always good. During their renovation it was really annoying because you were literally sitting and eating in a construction zone, and the reason we were eating out was because our kitchen was under renovation, so it was like we didnt even get a break. But the food was still nice and we still use it as a date night place to go.

Disappointing!!! I will have second thoughts about busting this restaurant in the future. Waitress not very friendly had to wait 10 min after being seated to give our order plus we were never told about the special buy one take one home and we had to ask for refills on our drinks. This visit was very disappointing and we did go to this restaurant4 to5 times a month.

Greeter at the door was pleasant. I went to bar to eat and smelled like a run down bar from the alcohol. Bartender ladies were nice but didnt offer and cheese in my products. Customer came in to pickup takeout in the bar and she waited for about 5-7 minutes and wasnt offered anything to drink (soda product) while she waited. Food was awesome as usual.

I ate here once and it was really good. The Pick-Up is consistently decent and the location is clean enough. The floor is slippery like they dont mop well enough or ever invest into any type of commercial grade annual or semi-annual cleaning. Id eat here again for sure, pick-up or eat-in the beef tortellini is amazing!

Good. I know of better places for Italian food, but this place isnt too bad. Service is a hit or miss, and quality about the same as all Olive Gardens. I wont rule out future visits, but not my first choice. You wont go wrong chosing here. Guess its all in your taste buds and how you tolerate so-so service.

I love Olive Garden the food is awesome. Once you arrive you are greeted by a fabulous host and when you arrive at your table their are steaming hot delicious breadsticks their. The spaghetti and meatballs are great! I would suggest this restraunt to anyone!

My family went here a little late (Around 10 oclock) but we were still treated extremely well. The food took a bit to get out but that is to be expected ordering dinner this late. The staff was friendly and had our entire order correct the first time.
