I ordered the baked ziti and pasta with sausage and both were absolutely terrible. The ziti wasnt baked, the cheese was Kraft powdered parmesan, the pasta was overcooked to mush and there was no sauce whatsoever. The pasta with sausage was spaghetti and Ragu, and no sausage of course. Each of these dishes were 10 bucks and I could have made both of them for less and it would have tasted significantly better. Definitely never ordering from here again

The food is good, but they really need to work on how they interact with customers. I want to keep ordering from here, but the customer service is abysmal. The last straw was getting an attitude from the delivery guy. Ive never not tipped a delivery driver in my life, but at this point they were lucky I even took the food, so a tip was definitely out of the question. Good food, but I think Ill find another place to spend my money.

I have been eating here way back since they opened. The food, including sandwiches and platters, have always been of high quality for such a restaurant. The Greek salad is a standout. The service is quick and attentive. The breakfast is the best value in town. I dont know what the negative reviews are talking about., since I have never had a negative experience in over 100 visits. They must all be haters.

Call and ordered wing platter. With just flats. They said I couldnt get the platter I would have to buy 10 or more wings. So I bought ten wings with fries. All flats salt and pepper on the fries. Food gets here and its got the wrong wings and no seasoning on the fries what so ever. Worst place. And not too long ago I got a milk shake from there that I could have scooped with a spoon from how thick it was.

Staff never gets an order correct then gets mad at the customer for it. Unprofessional on how they speak on the phone and in general with a ghetto attitude especially their ghetto waitress cursing right in front if customers. Ever since they changed owners service when downhill. The staff could care less about the owner ir his customers. In this place the customer us never right and thats bad business.

Youll be getting a fine soon cause I am a City No-flyer zone. Dont care about your restaurant...we have one on every corner in Fishtown.

The pizza crust is usually burned, and a hoagie or cheese steak is never made to the customers specification. The owner is rude and dismisses any complaint made about the food or service. One cannot ignore the blatant racist attitudes, either...very self-loathing bunch (owner & cooks).

Decent place for the neighborhood. Great place to grab food before or after a show at Union Transfer, the Electric Factory, Starlight Ballroom and more. Greek style pizza and slices are only 2 bucks. They have cheap takeout beer and some great gyros, try the chicken souvlaki.

Terrible pizza.. honestly frozen pizza has more sauce than theirs. The dough was under cooked and had no flavor...kind of like a frozen pizza consistency and taste. What a sham of a "pizza place." The staff is extremely incompetent and customer service absolutely blows.

I bought a sandwich here that was all lettuce called back to complain they put me hold 4 times and then start telling me about there policy which is not stated any where in the store ... stay away the stink and the customer service is worse.....

The Pizza is no good, but their sandwiches are decent. The place is a bit run down, but their delivery is on point and they are open late. Not the best place in the neighborhood, but definitely a nice option to have available.

Been getting salads and hoagies/grinders for our club for about 4 years with no complaints. Very tasty food; very accommodating owners. They deliver promptly, and havent raised prices in three years. Excellent pizza as well.
