Pitchers remains one of my favorite bars post graduation from Sju five years ago as it was when I was still there. Egalitarian dive bar boozing at its best with occasional food specials like 10 cent wings. Always no cover, with prices comparable to any other Main Street Bar. I see the same faces from bar tenders to bouncers thats I did five to seven years ago is school which is nice as well. A refreshing break from the typical Mad River and Kildares.

When u go to pitchers pub, the bartenders r always happy to serve u, an u dont have to wait for ur next beer, service is fast and friendly. Now about the fights there, thats because u always get one person that thinks he can do want he or she wants an usually it is a yuppie that start the fight. But pitchers pub has the hottest bartenders and the best service anywhere on main st.

This is the kind of bar that a musician writes about. They dont care who you are, how youre dressed, or who youre with. They treat you like the guy next to you and offer nothing more than a dose of the real. If you want to laugh cry shout and drink with the salt of the Earth: look no further. Pitchers got it

Fantastic low key place with great drink specials and an above average draft beer selection. The cheesesteak eggrolls are amazing and the staff are locals who enjoy getting to know their patrons. 2 dart tables in the back as well as an EasyTune jukebox make this a place that you will enjoy coming back to.

I stopped in here on New Years Day by accident...I actually wanted Juice Merchant which was closed. However I ended up having a couple of brews and watching football game. Low key place, no fuss, cool little place to hang and have an unpretentious experience.

Good bar to stop in for a night out in Manayunk. Can get a little rowdy and crowded on weekends. They offer a nice selection of beers. Ive never had food here, but it always looks and smells great!
