Best Chinese place in the Hackettstown area. Reasonably priced, nice people working there, and you can see their kitchen from the counter (its always clean, people always wearing gloves etc). Ive been eating here for 15 years and Ive never had a big problem that wasnt resolved, delivery is fast, and the food is good! To be fair, this is "american" chinese food so its nothing to write home about but if youre looking for your standard general tso or lo mein, Id recommend this place over everyone else in the Htown area.

I order Chinese food from here all the time. They are new owners. They just took over a few months ago. The recipes are the same, so no need to worry. They are very nice and do everything that they can to make sure that the customer is happy. Although there is a bit of a language barrier they do have an American person answering the phone on their busy days to make it easier to order. And I have to say they are cleaning the place up. I will definitely keep going back.

The food is always top notch, with gratuitously sized portions. Price is fair for the size and quality of the food. Down side is that if you order pickup you usually have to wait around a bit. If you order delivery, it could take up to 45 minutes past the estimated delivery time. If youre not in a rush, pickup is your better choice. The food is, in my opinion, worth sitting in the restaurant waiting for a short time.

Walked in to get Chinese food and noticed the place was disgusting. The girl at the counter was extremely rude and asked me for my order by saying what you want. While waiting around for my food I looked at there 4 fish thanks they have up front and there was a dead jelly fish floating in the tank. Someone really needs to get the health inspector out. The place was disgusting

Terrible..ordered delivery. asked for extra duck sauce and soy sauce, it came without any sauces at all. When I called the girl said she was busy. When I asked to speak to the manager she said he wasnt there. I asked for his name to call later then she said she was the manager...never again food was not that great....better places around

Food is good. Only drawback is ordering online for a delivery. Point of ordering online is for convenience, but you cant pay with your credit card online. You used to be able to, but havent been for awhile. Now you have to place your order, and then call them to give your credit card info.

This is my GoTo Chinese place in Hackettstown, they have very low prices in comparison to the quality of food they provide. I have been and will continue to order from this restaurant as I continue to live in Hackettsown! Suggested for anyone looking for some tasty Chinese!

I placed and order and i called back because they delivered the wrong thing. The guy literally started yelling at me because of the mistake he made. He told me that he would have to charge me extra for correcting the order. The people are rude and the service sucks!

My family loves ordering food from Hackettstown Chinese (actually I think that might be my minivan in the picture). Even though we no longer live in Htown we still get take-out from there. Actually that is what I am ordering now and how I found this page.

The food is mediocre at best. The pork fried rice they serve with their dinners and combinations is the most bland, unappetizing rice Ive ever tasted. Their crab rangoon is good, but overall it was a bad choice on our part.

Food is really good...better than more expensive places...service is fast and pretty good. Its definitely a take-out place...not a great eat-in atmosphere...but if youre looking for take-out, its the best around...
