HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE followed by an ignorant phone call from the "Manager/Owner". I had been to this location a few times. So when me and 12 of my friends wanted to get together for a night of laughs and some dinner we made a reservation at the Mexican post in Wilmington. The reservation was made in mid February for mid March. I called every week to confirm this reservation. The week before I called 3 times to make sure they would be ready for us. Again there were 14 of us. I was assured everything was ok they would have it ready. They didnt have anything ready. We were left standing waiting, the employees were ALL RUDE about it. We rudely being moving around because we were in the way. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told there was no one thereFinally about 6:30 we were seated. Then we had rushed service. We were charged for sour cream. Then when we went to pay the bill they tried to charge us $20.00 more than what was listed on the check. It was ridiculous. We remained polite so that we could enjoy our evening and hanging out together. But all of us said the same thing. I will never go back. When I called today they said there was no one there again. The whole experience was horrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I called today to speak with a manager, there is not one there. I finally get a call back from "Tony", who informs me he is half owner and began to justify being rude. I am not going to be treated that way. So I told him I would not yelp and google the way I was treated and hung up. What a horrible experience!

Ive gone several times and can tell you, its not worth it. The staff have communication problems where no matter how many times you tell them what you did or didnt order, they just keep doing what they are doing. Ive had them tell me I couldnt get more than 1 topping on tacos, that its "not a free for all". Keep in mind they have very limited toppings to begin with. Overall very mediocre mexican fast food and what can be rude and rushed service.

Great food, location, ambiance and service. The host is the actual owner of this place and takes time to make everyone feel like family. Been here twice already and looking forward in coming back soon. I had the rib eye and it was perfectly cooked. Got to try a few sides and they were as good. Overall great place to try out in PA!

Vegetarian review. The food is terrible. This is a sorry excuse for Chipotle. In fact, if Chipotle opened at this location, it would wipe out pretty much every other restaurant in the food court. The service is rushed and the staff are rude because the are probably overworked. Never going back here again.
