Horrible!! Went in ordered cheese hoagie. What a mistake, ordering something not on menu. Counter people?? Had no clue. I told them to make a hoagie, just use cheese instead of other meats. They were clueless. Left store with sandwich. Upon checking the hoagie, it was on dry roll. Three pieces of cheese- nothing else. No sides, lettuce, tomatoes, etc. What a disappointing visit!

The food was great, dont expect anything less from Firehouse but what I didnt expect is how awesome the employees were, they were young kids but boy they were all nice and friendly, even after us asking a weird question like "do you sell the pickles" they were all professional and courteous, you dont get that very much with young kids and I was really happy to see that.

subs are my favorite food when I need a break from classes and Firehouse is the best. I love the New York Steamer. It fills me up and gives me the energy I need. My friends and I come here often and they always treat us great!
