This was the worst experience that weve ever encountered from any restaurant ever. We provided this Subway with an order for our company lunch using an excel spreadsheet using columns listing each and every item choice that we wanted along with our telephone number if they had any questions. When we got back to the office we discovered almost the entire order was incorrect so we called. The person that answered the phone was as unprofessional and defense as they come and proceeded to tell us that it was our fault that the BLT only came with bacon and they dont put lettuce and tomato on it unless you ask for it? Once the manager got on the phone she proceeded to tell me that she personally made my sandwich and so she knew that there was cheese put on it however there was none. The tuna sub had literally one tablespoon of tuna on it and the majority of all other orders had at least 2 things omitted or wrong with them. The worst part is they were argumentative off the bat and exhibited ZERO customer service! We were shocked at their rudeness and unprofessionalism and will not only never patronize this Subway again but are committed to let everyone know possible via social media and word of mouth not to go there!

the food is good but the employees that work there get smart when you ask them to make your sub a special way.. they give you attitude and say"i know how to make subs and do my job" and you ask again please i like my sub a little different then the way you make them, so they roll their eyes and just throw the stuff on sloppy!!! I will stay to my subway in carlisle, mechanicsburg area.... learn customer service after spending over $40 for my family to eat there that day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Standard food for a Subway, but their service is slower than any Subway Ive been to. It doesnt seem like they have enough staff to serve their customer volume - Ive never seen more than two employees in the restaurant whenever Ive been there. If theres any line, expect to wait 20 minutes to get served.

We just walked in and were asked if we wanted subs. We said yeah we did and their response was well we close in 40 minutes. So we ask if that means we cant order a sub. They said they put everything away but they guess they could get it back out. Well needless to say we walked out. Wont be back.

The service was okay, it wasnt kept very clean for an eating establishment, but convenient if u are down in Newport for a quick bite to eat. Food is good an soups are good, not to happy with the service or cleanliness of the facility

Half the time they have NO sub rolls after 6pm. How does a sub shop not have rolls? Just close the doors. Its like McDonalds not haveing french fries or hamburgers. Bad management if they cant figure out how to run the shop!
