Id like to start off this review by saying that I am an extremely easy going customer who has worked in the food industry for 8 years, bartending and serving. I have never written a review before in my life but I feel the need to write this one. A giftcard was given to me for Waymart Hotel Pizza, I called in an order and went to pick it up. It was a 25 minute drive from my home in The Hideout. The woman who was working told me I could not use the gift card, as it was for the original Waymart Hotel, located in Waymart. I was under the impression the gift card could be used at either location because thats typically how businesses with more than one location are operated, not to mention the restaurants have the same name. I live 40 minutes from the original location. I asked to speak to a manger, who was not apologetic or accommodating in the slightest. He told me "I did understand the operations" and that the restaurant had two separate owners. Whether this is true or not, I do not know. However, our food was ready and I had no other money with me because the gift card would have covered it. When I asked the manager if he could honor the gift card or perhaps just issue me a new one for this particular restaurant and destroy the original, he told me no, in the rudest way possible. As someone who has worked in the industry, I cannot believe how poorly this was handled. A good manager would have taken the $18 loss to make the customer happy, considering the food was already made or at the very least, been friendly when explaining the policy. All I got was a condescending comment on how I didnt understand how things were run. I told him he had lost my business and walked out. I will not be returning.

We ate here today as a whim because we found our regular spot closed as it was Labor Day. I had the broccoli roll, we had hot garlic wings, the kids ate bacon pizza and our friends tried some sandwiches the philly cheese steak and the buffalo chicken wrap. We absolutely loved it! We are from NYC and we are used to great food, well the broccoli roll was one of the best I have ever had. The kids were fighting over the wings so much so we ordered a 5th order. The waitress was so nice and very funny. She joked around and even made the little one eat most of his food. Very family friendly she gave the children coloring books and crayons. The outside and decor are understated but the food was great!

I went there I swear twice a week for weeks and the food was good so I put up with the slow wait for the food to be ready, the ignorant cashiers, and a few times where the food wasnt the greatest. One thing I could never figure out was why I always seemed to pay more than what I calculated and I always chucked it up to the fact that my math was wrong. When I checked it out I noticed all the prices for the items I ordered were higher and said something. After waiting almost 25 minutes I was told I was wrong and had to go home with cold food. Never again will I go there. They could at least honor their price or at least offered to remake it. So disgusted right now.....

Always great service here! Since we first started coming, about 3 years ago. The servers first off are very polite and ive never been treated poorly. The food is always delicious!! As most of you know, always delicious food, pizza, subs and more. HWP2 the only place around Mt Cobb that we order from. Enjoy!
