Disgusting and Bad Service all the way around! The last couple of times that I have been there have been horrible experiences. I used to love this place and now Im not sure if I will be going back. First off, Everything was dirty. The plates, the silverware, the buffets, the floor, the booths and the tables. It really disgusted me. I work until 7 PM during the week, so my husband and I have been going around 7:30 PM. The new hours are until 10 PM on weekdays.It seems like the entire staff stops working at about 8 pm. I went to get a steak and the cook was cleaning the grills. I asked if there were any more steaks and he pulled one out of a pan that was sitting on the table. The steak was burnt from sitting on the grill for too long and it was no longer hot. He put it on my plate and turned away without a word. None of the food items were replaced or refreshed while we were there. There were no deserts left at all except for the fountains and the soft serve. The toppings for the soft serve were empty. We only saw our waitress one time; when we first sat down. I had to walk over to the soda station and ask another employee for a refill. I heard a customer ask to speak to a manager and she ended up speaking with the cook who gave me the burnt steak. So there was no point complaining to management. I do not feel that I should be charged for the full price of dinner if I can not get most of the food items, some desert, and a waitress. Customers were still coming into the restaurant when we left at 9 PM. I feel really bad for those customers.

The variety is the best. No where can you get that ,much variety that is as well prepared as the food at the Corral. When I go out to eat I like to get what ever I want and the Corral has it all! Hell my Lady asked me where did I want to go for dinner on my Birthday... I said GC! She said anywhere you want and I said no one has the value that GC does. Down to the atmosphere its all good! I have been to them all and none of them come close to GC... My Lady wanted to go to the Bistro but I told her I enjoy the triple chocolate cake with chocolate ice cream... either you let them tell you what they have....or you pick what you want!... Im on my way right NOW... one last thing, I dont know why people are giving bad reviews for The Corral, but if you dont like it,,, go some where else... if its so bad, then tell me why the place is crowded every day! I think they are giving false reviews to help other businesses.... the only thing I dont like is standing in the line to get in... that should tell you your at the right place...the longer the line...the better the food!

If you plan on eating here..STOP!!! This was the worst place I have ever eaten in my entire life. Kings restaurant is 5 stars compared to this place. Where to start. The parking lot is stupid..why wouod you put the entrance on the oposoite side of the parking lot making people walk a half mile from their car to the door. There were things on the buffett we couldnt identify because they looked so gross. The lettuce at the salad bar was gooey and gross. I had a waiter steal a bottle of hot sauce off our table for another table. Employees looked like the could care less. Managment was just standing around trxting on their phones. Some food was cold, definitely not fresh and had been sitting out. Place was an absolute mess and food was very very unattractive and tasted like crap. I want my 30 bucks back. Save yourself...and run from this place. If you have the fork in your mouth pull it out!!! Also another thing to think about....if all these things you can see wrong...imagine what you cant see.....scary.

Golden Corral is a pretty controversial place to enjoy. I personally tend to love eating at Golden Corral; this review is about this particular Golden Corral. The staff was very friendly, and this Golden Corral had most of the dishes I usually go for. The only problem was the quality of some of the food. No upset stomach, or anything; its just that some of the buffet items were still frozen, the chocolate fountain was broken, the yeast rolls tasted overly fermented (old yeast? too much?); some of the shrimp was fishy, and the general layout of things was... off. We may have caught them on a bad day. We may or may not go back. So, we did go back, and the problem with the yeast rolls went away. The chocolate fountain remained broken (I guess theyve been having a lot of trouble with it). No fishy shrimp, that time; the shrimp and meat were all excellent. I imagine its a mixed bag, with this particular location.

I used to love coming here but after tonight I am totally disgusted!! This place was absolutely awful. First off we had my friends 3 year old with us and there were a bunch of workers where we were sitting. The one was M*** F***ing this and that all while we sat there. NOT COOL NOR APPORIATE AT ALL!!!!!!! HE DOESNT NEED TO LEARN THIS KIND OF LANGUAGE. Then we were eating and this cook came out with his hands down his pants ( Both the front and then put them down the back). He proceeded to go grab a cup and get a drink with the hands he put down his pants. FOR REAL WHERE IS THE CLEANLINESS AT ?????? TOTALLY NASTY!!!!!!! Then we proceeded to tell the manager on the way it was like she couldnt care less. She said she would go wash the cups but I highly doubt it. I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN!!! IM SO GROSSED OUT AND I WILL TELL ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY HOW GROSS THIS PLACE IS!!

Its such a great place to go eat because theres a wonderful variety of items. My children have loved going to this restaurant for a few years, since we tried it anyway. But it has changed drastically from when we first went. They dont understand but I do. The dessert bar is lacking. The chocolate waterfall is missing. That was one of the main things that was alluring to them. The things that are alluring to me is the fact that since I have to pay more for dinner, I get steak and seafood. Unfortunately the last few times we went, it seems that the staff is disgruntled? If you cant keep up the dessert bar at least keep up the dinner portion. Of course the kids will be happy theres tons of stuff for them to eat. Its the parents that realize the selection is crappy and the staff is offbeat. Probably will go again but not to this location. Wish me luck

Worst experience of customer service ever. Went on a Sunday dinner with family 3 adults and 2 children. they ran out of food we had to wait with our half empty plate for over 20 minutes to be given a plastic fork because they had absolutely no silverware. We never received any refills on our drinks. They allowed the crowd on the other side of us to be obnoxious and yell profanity all through their section while they enjoyed their meal and all of the servers paid attention to their drinks and needs. I contacted customer service and never received any feedback from their corporate office as we were leaving there was two lines of people waiting to get a seat and the staff was outside smoking cigarettes telling everyone that they were closing at 6 because they were out of food. Never again
