The Mash Burger Restaurant in the Malvern Area was very nice place. Our cashier was friendly and helpful. I notice the young lady checking the orders as they were completed, had sent back a few orders for being incorrect. After returning to our work place to eat, I notice my order was incorrect (missing pepper jack, listed on the receipt). Others in the office stated mustard was on their burgers, without being requested. No pickles. One co-worker said on a couple evening trips to pick up their orders, they were not satisfied with incorrect orders. This was not our 1st visit to pick up our orders, maybe our last. Several co-workers have similar remarks. Enjoyed the food, not the mistakes. Thank you LG

Food was good. Came out in a decent amount of time. However, they could use a personality make over in this store. Not very welcoming or personable. Also, I came in last nihht, received my receipt with no mention of a survey for a free side on my next return. I came in tonight and they told me about the survey. When I told them I wasnt told last night he only asked who took my order. I said a woman and he said, "oh oh yeah yeah I think I know who it was. Then told me to fill it out for next time. Soooo what about this time. No free side tonight because you failed to inform me of the survey last night? No manager visit to my table?

First time we went shortly after the Malvern location opened. Burgers were meh, fries were good, and milkshakes were phenomenal. Second time, just went for milkshakes and they were terrible- watery instead if thick, room temperature instead of cold, and all the good stuff was at the bottom. Done with Smashburger. We can go other places to get good fries that also come with great burgers and shakes.

Terrible. 35 min wait and no bbq sauce or onion rings on my "bbq cheddar burger". Fries half full. Paid $13.00 I sure wont be back. UPDATE: found out this morning my credit card info had been stolen and numerous charges on my account right after visiting this store. They swiped my card behind the counter. This was the only place I used my card yesterday BEWARE

Ordered online for pickup. When I got there I went to the pick up area and was greeted immediately by a friendly employee. Ordered for 12:15 pickup. Got there at 12:11, left at 12:13. Order was correct and delicious. Im not giving 5 stars only because its a little expensive

Great place, the cashiers are super friendly. Their milkshakes are AMAZING. Outside seating is nice. Burgers are very good, very tender usually. The fries are not my favorite, theyre thin and small, but thats just me. I highly recommend trying this place.

Food is incredibly slow and place seems understaffed. Cant seem to deliver a whole tables order at once. Todays lunch was delivered after my wife had finished hers and was burnt and barely edible. Done trying with this location.

Im sorry, but the food was okay, yeah, its a burger joint, I get that, but the burgers werent even that impressive, let alone for the 40 minute wait wasnt close to worth it for soggy fries and dry overcooked burgers.

Customer service is very good and love that they offer a gluten-free bun. Other than that, the food is just ok. The burger is too thin for almost $6 and my fries came out lukewarm/room temp. Not a great value for $11.

Awesome staff. They gave us a birthday shake a day late. Super friendly staff, including Aremellouse! Everyone was awesome. They even gave us extra milkshake. Fantastic store! Favorite Smashburger location!

The Human meat burger with goat cheese is my favorite. Nothing tops the freshness of a recently smashed child that makes up the burger. Add Rosemary oil fries and a soft drink and you cant lose.

Extremely poor waiting time, could work on their efficiency. Burger was pretty average, beef was sub par and fries were nice and crunchy but a tad overpriced at $8.50 for only burgers and fries.

Terrible service. They usually mess up my order and dont bothering getting anything with bacon, its barely non existent. I like the fries but they have to be fresh, do Not get takeout.
