This was my and my families first time visiting Red Robin in Christiana. It was my little brothers birthday and we decided to do something a little different and get the family together for a nice me. First things first, our server, Katie, was not very attentive at all. All of our food was cold, she didnt check on us at all. And when we asked her to bring us our cake, she took a very long time to the point where I had to get the managers attention. I was very surprised to find that the manager was just as uncaring as our server. Being that gratuity was included, there obviously no motivation to give us at least decent service. We will not be back. We spent over $200.00. Some of us didnt even eat our food. Then someone vomited on the floor and our kids stepped in it because it was in the middle of the bathroom hallway. Hands down the worst experience we have ever had.. and we will not be back.

Worthless managment and waiting staff . Both of my sons (4 and 5 years old) go sick in the bathroom after drinking their chocolate milk . My wife proceeded to notify someone that there was in fact a mess in the bathroom. The waitress said she would take care of it and never returned. She then got the piece of garbage manager who shrugged his shoulders and walked away when asked where the girl went that was suppose to clean up the mess or at least bring something for my wife to clean it up with. Everyone in the entire restaurant was talking about it and my wife was forced to clean up the mess on her own and using cocktail napkins .... Ive called corporate and complained about this and Im hoping some people get fired over this. Not to mention this sort of treatment and neglect happens at this red robin location every single time we go there. Piss poor service , lazy ass staff. Point blank!

I have gone to this Red Robin with no problems many times. Today the service was horrible. My appetizer was short the correct amount of wings, my food order was incorrectly made and took over 25 minutes for two burgers one medium rare that came out burnt on the bottom and one medium well both came out with mistakes,I understand that mistakes happen but my server was no where to be seen to ask for the burgers to be fixed. when she did appear she seemed annoyed that we were unhappy with our orders and promptly took them away. The manager after some time did appear and tried to talk to us about our orders; we simply wanted to pay for the wings (which she did comp) and our drinks. I love Red Robin burgers and the new renovations are very nice but the service needs work.

The crew at the Christiana Red Robin is very accommodating to the special needs of one of their customers: my son Ben. Ben has Autism and Refractory Epilepsy. Routines and predictable activities are extremely important to Ben, and recently weve been going to Red Robin for takeout every 3rd Sunday. Part of the routine is a bathroom visit followed by a breathing exercise of sorts when we arrive, followed by a chocolate milk at the bar while we place and then wait on his order. Were an unusual pair, doing unusual things, making unusual noises and facial expressions, yet the staff has been exceptionally welcoming and helpful, without fail. This level of flexibility and understanding makes Red Robin a favorite for both of us.

My husband and I stopped in to Red Robin last night, to try it out, since we have never had food from there before. After being seated, we grabbed our menus to look through, waiting for our server. The restaurant was not busy, since we walked in around 9pm. All we saw was younger people crowded around the bar, and employees just standing around the entrance, carrying a conversation. An employee using inappropriate, foul language. Some employees were seen with their heads down on the table, playing on their phone. After waiting more than 10 minutes for someone to come take our order, my husband and I, walked out. For our first time being there, it was a HORRIBLE experience. I will not be returning to this location.

Usually I love this location and all other Red Robin locations. This time we were seated in a bar area because we didnt have kids with us but unfortunately that meant we were highly neglected. I had to keep walking up to the bar to ask for things like napkins, refills, my check. And I had to wait with other people that just wanted similar things or alcoholic drinks. It was enough to deter me from ever wanting to sit in the bar area. Its not really fair that the bartender has 3 times more responsibilities than other waitresses or waiters but they have to wait on tables too.

If you think to yourself "Man, I wish my day could get a little worse", then this is the place for lunch! Showed to a cramped, dirty & sticky table. Easy order was messed up, and out waitress never once checked on us. I was portioning my drink throughout my meal. Once we finally flagged her down, it took forever for our bill to come, and for some unknown reason, she split our check. Had to flag her down again just to get her to run the card. She dropped the check off without so much as a thank you or have a nice day. This was our last trip to this Red Robin

Friendly staff with a good atmosphere and clean establishment. Table was odd in that it had flaps on the sides, which were not level with the main body. Service was quick. Burger was standard but seemed "thin". French fry portion was small. The most interesting aspect was that the orange slice, served with my Blue Moon, was the most perfect I had ever seen. The shape and color were as if designed with drafting tools and painted by Michaelangelo. It was the epitome of orange slices.

Absolutely horrible. First thing the hostess who answered the phone was downright rude. Next the hostess who greeted us was ignoring us then rude when she finally acknowledged us. Ordering drinks was the quickest part. Bringing drinks on the other hand was slow at best. Almost every order was messed up and getting the right order took far too long as well. We still gave a small tip even if we didnt think she deserved one at all. Will not be coming back to this red robin again

It was horrible. When seated at the table the table was surounded by food on the floor. Went to the bathroom and the floor was covered in water. Looked like the toilet over flowed. Took server 3 times to get our beverages correct. Ordered appetizers and never brought utensils. Had to ask random employee walking by. Bbq whiskey burger I ordered had no bbq sauce on it. Was plain burger. Had to order a side of bbq sauce. Horrible horrible experience.

This place messed up my GF order and to a large extent did not know what gluten is. My waitress was argumentative instead of helpful and the manager was unapoligetic while trying to push my family to leave instead of- again- being helpful. Red Robins is usually a good place to go for a GF meal, but I have no faith in this location even after ordering supposedly GF. It is very serious because I have Celiac disease and a little gluten is not alright.
