Placed an order at around 9:02 pm via the mobile site. Got a call IMMEDIATELY after our phone told us when to expect our food- one of the few places that have always delivered (even on Sundays at that time ) prior. They call and say they dont deliver past 9PM. Either shut off the mobile site for delivery or do your jobs and dont be a bunch of lazy idiots. I had to work my way up from this kind of job, as a single mother that is disabled with two severe chronic illnesses and worked my way up to a job that supports everyone. Can someone in management clean house and hire people who care about their future and current job - not ones who call to cancel after we receive confirmation (no excuses for that)- but people who are willing to work five whole minutes after they decided to scrub the oven already- there are already people doing carry out still and business is business, ya gotta hustle if you want a life after 30. Such a shame you lost a three time per week local customer . Dominoes and metros in Lititz, however, do go that extra mile And are much more friendly and professional at the door- not bringing friends along and blaring music like Pizza Hut in Lititz.

Please do not look at these review like I did and think this Pizza Hut cant be that bad. YES it is! We arrived at 11:30 am for the lunch buffet and there was two slices of cheese pizza left. They had one waiter and one waitress and a "cook" for the entire restaurant. We ordered drinks not once but twice. We had to order my daughters personal pan pizza (book-it) twice as well and it came out 45 minutes later. At one point there was a line out the door and the majority of the time there was no pizza on the buffet. My wife actually just ate my daughters pizza crusts for lunch. We will NEVER be coming back to this Pizza Hut again.

Good food, but it took about 20 minutes for the waiter to actually bring us our drinks even though we were the only ones in the restaurant. They dropped one of our meals and the waiter said it would take about seven minutes to prepare it again, but 15-20 minutes later was when it actually came to us. Same thing happened with our desert. Probably the worst restaurant experience Ive ever had.

Ordered online called to see where delivery was. Was told they were slammed with deliverys . Pizza was cold and bread sticks were not done. If you want costumers back make sure the food is baked till done and not cold. We were not satisfied with our order at all.

I walked in to order take out. I ordered 2 pizzas large was very good medium was burnt people generally dont open lid to check we just figure its good I know it would have been sent back if it was taken to a table. I was totally shocked it was not thrown out.

Not enough staff. One waitress for entire dining room, ridiculous. Lunch buffet and no pizza was available had to wait because understaffed. This isnt the first time we have seen it like this never have enough staff for lunch time lunch buffet.

The food was great! I love the buffet style that they have there! We had a waitress who didnt really pay attention to our table and we found ourselves having to go up to the front and ask for drinks and napkins etc...

I order from here way more than somebody should eat pizza. I get take out every time, I have never dined inside. The food is consistently great, the staff is always nice, professional, and they are always on time.

So so. Effort should be made to clean surfaces on and under tables as well as on salad bar. They were sticky to the touch and my napkin stuck to the table. Server could also be better trained in her job.

Mediocre service. Seems like there is always a server-in-training here, so always expect a longer than usual wait. Food is usually made correctly, but its Pizza Hut. Nothing new to see here.

No customer service. Young teen handled my order and was rude also took order wrong. They need to take a course on service in the restaurant business. Order out from dominos is my advice.
