I ordered a large boneless chicken bites with some Dr. Pepper bbq sauce on the side, when I received my order there was one sauce. When I asked for more sauce, the manager rudely intervened and insisted on telling me it was "corporate policy" to give only one sauce unless I ordered more, which of course is an extra charge. I was unaware YOU WILL ONLY GET ONE SAUCE, regardless of the size of the chicken bites. Completely ridiculous, McDonalds does better than that. Not to mention the swearing I heard from employees and their blatant disregard for customers by having full blown conversations amongst themselves while customers are trying to check out. Its a wonder this specific site is still open. 1 star for the Sheetz brand, -4 stars for the horrible customer service.

Worst sausage biscuit ever: made by 4 teenage boy employees. Only half the biscuit made it to the top of the overly salted breakfast sandwich. Service was SLOW, as they couldnt seem to start an order, until the previous one was completely finished. Employees have not been trained to multi-task.

The worst cafe mocha ever made by a 16 year old. Nothing but hot milk. Even McDonalds is better . Wasted $3.50.
