I NEVER EVER WASTED MY TIME IN WRITING ANY REVIEWS BUT IN THE CONTRARY, IM ALWAYS THE FIRST ONE TO READ REVIEWS IF UNFAMILIAR WITH A RESTAURANT OR PRODUCT. I JUST COULDNT RESIST AND FELT GUILTY IF I DIDNT ACKNOWLEDGE THIS RESTAURANT IN BEING THE BESTCHINESE RESTAURANT THAT IVE EVER ORDERED IN MY LIFETIME... ITS SO HARD TO FIND GOOD CHINESE FOOD, EVERYONE CLAIMS IN BEING THE BEST... I MUST SAY IF YOU ARE READING THIS AND IS UNSURE AS I WAS, DONT HESITATE, THIS IS THE BEST... I LOVE GEN TSO CHICKEN, BUT EVERYTIME I ORDER IT I ASK FOR IT TO BE EXTRA CRISPY AND NEVER ONCE HAVE I GOTTEN IT THAT WAY, I THOUGHT IT WAS BECAUSE IT WAS PACKAGED IN THE CONTAINER THAT IT PROBABLY LOST ITS TEXTURE IN CRISPYNESS. I HAVE BEEN WRONG ALL THESE YEARS. FOR THE FIRST TIME I HAVE GOTTEN CRISPY GEN TSO CHICKEN AND IT WAS PHENOMENAL... THE PORK FRIED RICE WAS AMAZING. NON GREASY AND NOT SWAMPED WITH THE TSO CHICKEN SAUCE... MY WIFE AND SON WAS SO IMPRESSED THAT THEY LOOKED AT ME AND COULDNT AGREE ANYMORE THAT THIS HAD TO BE THE BEST... FOR THE FIRST TIME, I DIDNT FEEL BLOATED OR WITH A DISCUSSED FEELING AT THE END FOR EATING TOO MUCH... THIS FOOD WAS SO GOOD THAT, AFTER EATING I IMMEDIATELY GOT ON MY CELL AND HAD TO CALL THEM TOO PRAISE THEM IN HAVING THE BEST FOOD.. THANK GOD I NO LONGER HAVE TO TRAVEL 15MIN TO CHINA HOUSE NEAR WALMART WHICH THEY ARE THE NEXT RESTAURANT TO GREAT FOOD, LUCKLY MY TRAVELING DAYS ARE OVER, AND COMFORTABLY I COULD ORDER IN PEACE AND KNOW THAT MY FAMILY AND I WILL HAVE A GREAT SATISFACTION IN THE COMFORT OF OUR HOME AND WAIT FOR THE BEST CHINESE FOOD TO COME KNOCKING AT OUR DOOR.... MUST MUST MUST ORDER HERE... LIKE GEORGE FOREMAN SAID... I GUARANTEE IT... SORRY FOR THE LONG STORY IT WAS WELL WORTH MY TIME ON MY CELL TO TEXT IT... HAVE A BLESS DAY EVERYONE...

Although the food is ok the customer service is not. We call to place an order and the person sounds like they cannot be bothered. The first impression that I got over the phone was, rude, arrogant, busy and simply cannot be bothered. The other thing that does not make sense to me is that they will not sell a 12 oz. can of soda but yet offer them in their lunch specials. I took the time to write this review with hopes that they read it and do something about their customer service. Deliveries are amazing, they are quick, i will say that much.

This is the first time that I have ever written a review on a restaurant. I felt compelled to write this review after receiving 5 star food from what I expected to be a 2-3 star restaurant. The pork fried rice was the most flavorful I have found in Lancaster County. The shrimp egg roll was delicious, and the sesame chicken was cooked crispy, yet moist on the inside. The sauce was excellent. I have eaten here 3 times over the past 2 weeks and I simply cannot get enough!

Best chinese place, hands down. As far as the customer service complaints what do you expect? Its kind of like seinfeld and the soup nazi...the food is absolutely worth it. Its just a difference in culture, people. The food is simply the best. And they deliver too!

Maybe the customer survice isnt that good because they dont speak very good english. Food is great! Its what you expect from a Chinese food place but with better food. Best place in the area, trust me Ive tried them all

this place sucks cos one time i saw a mouse running in the room, and the receptionist , she is dead serious and not friendly, there was an order i called in when i wanted separate packaging, she would not do it, damn

Finally thought I found a great place but went two more times and rice was horrible. Each time the manager apologized but rice is like fries at a burger joint, it makes or breaks the meal. Have not been back since

For what reason did I wait over an hour for 2 small containers of lo mein and a dang egg roll. When you explain to me , then you can get the rest of your stars. Oh and the customer service is trash. Basura.

Absolutely wonderful experience every time! Food is always perfect! Staff is always helpful! Great for delivery, always speedy! I love this place so much, I wouldnt go anywhere else.

The place is small but smells great. We had the general Tsos and sweet and sour chicken. Good food and a good price for a lunch special. I liked the open view to the kitchen too.
