We were in Philly for a conference and we ordered food from Nirvana to eat on our last day. My fiance and I both ordered the Tandoori chicken. He had basmati rice and I had naan as a side . I got mild and scott got spicy. There were definite pros and cons. Pros were I received 4 pieces of chicken and Scott received 5 and they had SO MUCH MEAT on each piece and it was so tender! It was very well cooked in my opinion. My mild still had a little heat to it but it was definitely bearable. Scott loved his spicy version he said it had a lot of heat but the heat didnt over power the flavor. I tried it and it was way too spicy for me. They gave us a house dipping sauce free of charge with our order and it was delicious! Scott said it tasted like sauce that we usually taste on kadai chicken without the heat. I dipped my naan in it and when I was done he poured it on his rice and thoroughly enjoyed it. The cons for me were the price. For our meal total was a little over $30 which is normally way more expensive than what we pay for at home but its understandable in a bigger city I guess. Another con for me were the veggies that came with our meal. It was just onion and the onion was very raw. We are used to having peppers with our onions and having them at least steamed. Having veggies more on the raw side could be a more authentic touch. Ive never eaten any type of ethnic food outside of the U.S. so I cant really be too much of a judge on the way it was cooked. Over all I really liked it and I would probably order it again if we were in Philly.

This place is excellent. Ive been enjoying Indian buffet lunches for the past thirty years and this is one of the best restaurants in my experience. Who should discover this place who doesnt currently know about it? Anyone who works in Conshohocken. I work in far western Conshohocken ( opposite end of the Spring Mill area) and I can still get here in 15mn. The food is already prepared, so you select a plate and lunch is served. I can easily make it back and forth in one hour.

My wife and I very much enjoy Indian food so seeing this new location open in our neighborhood was exciting- We absolutely had to try it. Very impressed with both the food and the staff. The waitress and servers were extremely welcoming and even offered us recommendations on appetizers and desserts which were delicate and delicious. The entrees are carefully prepared and delicious. We will definitely be frequenting this place often.

We were there on their second day of business at the Wyomissing location. Everything on lunch buffet was quite good. Should add Chai to the buffet setting. I think they were a little surprised at the turnout. Especially as they are still improving the place. Bathrooms need work. Place neglected by previous tenants. Very nice dining experience. We will return. Were getting hungry just reading the menu again. ;-)

Love this Indian restaurant. Kind, friendly staff. Food is really, really delicious! Thats is not easy to find these days. The chef knows what he is doing with all the spices and seasoning. I am an American born Indian and have had a lot of Indian food in my lifetime. I am also vegetarian and can only speak for the vegetarian items. I recommend the lunch buffet, great deal for great Indian food!

One of my favorites Indian restaurants. Great food, very authentic taste and great service. Just dont expect to rush, the food is prepared to taste and the very artisanal way. Bring a good bottle of wine, some good friends and enjoy the evening. We keep returning to Nirvana on a regular basis. Definitely one of the best Indian restaurants in the area.

We love this place, the service is always excellent, the food exceptional and well priced. We will drive past several other Indian places in the area just to come to Nirvana. They had a half off special on their one year anniversary and we ate like Rajahs for a week! Can not recommended them enough.

I hate buffets but the food looked so fresh and beautifully prepared, I ignored my quirk. And am glad I did. So delicious -- from the sauces for the masala to the saag paneer to the raita and the veggie pakora. Oh how satisfying. Thank you for making my Tuesday just a little more enjoyable!

Nice dining facility. Food somewhat bland for my taste. Others in party did have better opinion of the food. I will need to try again. Came back and asked for spicy; got spicy. Much better. Back again, asked for "Indian Spicy" WOW Lamb Vindaloo to remember. Samosas were great

Chicken Korma was fabulous. Too much for one meal, so its two meals for the price of one. Veggie pakoras were cooked just right. Forgot to bring wine, but will remember next time. Its BYOB.

By far the best indian food in the area. Service is usually great, but dips into the "ok" territory on occasion. Food is always great - not a bad dish on the menu.

This place is delicious! The chicken tika masala is my favorite. Paired with garlic naan you can not go wrong! We drove from the Lehigh Valley just to eat there.

Terrific authentic Indian cuisine. Were fans in general, and love Tiffin (which is very Americanized but delicious). Reliable and fairly priced.
