The food is prepared fresh, but they overcooked their burgers so they are very dry. They dont use white American cheese, they use the synthetic yellow cheese, which does taste totally different. The fries have no seasoning on them so as a result theyre very bland, thank God for the ketchup LOL The milkshake has a funny taste to it. Overall the service was good but not very impressed with the food. Probably will not go back again Nowhere near the flavor of a Fuddruckers burger !

The service was bad the tables were dirty.I could have went to McDonalds for a better meal an service.The prices there are bad to I could have went to a restaurant an got a better meal for what spend there.I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy because it is that bad an disgusting in there there was no clean tables an The floor looked just as bad as the tables.So please save yourself the time an money an go somewhere else

Burgers remind me of Five Guys (although I prefer fries at Five Guys): good presentation (not just slapped together) and a decent size for the cost-saving junior burgers. Didnt try a milkshake, but they seem to specialize in them. If youre in the area, its worth a shot. :) (Staff handled a nearby customer complaint well, although I had no issues myself.)

The place was very clean, lots to look at with a nostalgic feel. The employees were very nice. The burgers look super fresh on the grill. Burger was delishious and their made in house fries are right on point. Definitely worth trying if you havnt been. Check out their "triple triple burger" with 9 patties if youre really hungry.

First time here and was a bit disappointed. My sons burger had his toppings and he enjoyed it. My husband had a buffalo chicken sandwich which was missing his sauce. I got the double bacon burger and every topping I asked for was omitted. Burgers were decent but I think Ill go to Five Guys next time.

The Philly burger was divine. It didnt fall apart as I ate it and the flavor was so satisfying. Super fast service. Truly friendly service. Fries here are nearly perfect. I only say nearly because they dont appear fresh cut. Fried to perfection.

Everything is ala carte, so it really racks up in price quickly. Almost $9 for a burger,fries and small drink. The burger was good and all, just very thin and not much to it. Ill just go to tgi or something for the same price.

Great food and an amazing vanilla shake. I was in town visiting and was very pleased with the burger, fries and shake. The girl even took time to explain their special sauces after expressing interest in trying them all.

Burgers werent anything special but still good. I had their home-made chips they were good no salt though. My husband had the cheese fries ok but no salt. The place was very clean but too expensive for us.

Jakes has gourmet burgers that taste great but are priced higher than normal fast food restaurants. Think 5guys not McDonalds/BurgerKing. The restaurant is clean and the food is prepared pretty quickly.

Such an amazing staff! They always offer us a military discounts with appropriate ID card. The place is clean and very organized. My favorite Jakes of all the ones in different states Ive been to.
