Mall food is mall food, but this store consistently delivers food that tastes great in a extremely reasonable fashion. One time they gave me a free meal card because I had to wait two minutes for frys. I didnt even complain, I expect to wait a few minutes, but they went way out of their way to make sure I was happy regardless. Stay away from chipotle, its notorious for being extremity slow and serving batteries in thier food.

I work in the mall and eat here pretty often. The food is always hot and fresh and the customer service is awesome. They actually have someone walk around the food court and ask if you need a refill for your drink! Just today, I went there and actually had someone offer to warm up my Stouffers lasagna (I was purchasing fries)! Also, they have the best coupons!!!

This is my favorite fast food chain. I love the grilled chicken, but keep in mind that it comes with pickles. They serve diet lemonade and the waffle fries are great. In my opinion, they have the best milkshakes of any fast food spot.
