The help was polite the owner or the manager came out from the back and was rude to his help. I dont know who he was trying to impress. I found it to be shameful for his employees. I dont know if the Employees are I instructed to be cheap. When I asked for extra sauce its like pulling teeth trying to get it. They went as far as opening up the sauce that came with the popcorn shrimp and removing it before providing me with additional sauce. I had to ask for napkins and plastic ware they were soooo cheep when you spend $30 for fast food they should provide you with extra sauce napkins and plastic ware without giving you a difficult time.I can give you a difficult time to add extra sauce. The employee went as far as to open the popcorn shrimp and removing the cocktail sauce before replacing it with some of the other sauces. I had to ask them to leave the sauce that the meal came with.replace it with second source of choice. How cheap how pathetic. Shame on you I hope somebody read this that can teach you how to handle people.

Thu Jun 04 2015 6:21 PM Order 32 I ordered the butterfly shrimp combo and 16 pc. chicken only. I asked the person at front IF I can choose the pc. he didnt mind so I asked for 6 wings 6 drums 2 thighs and 2 brest. He said them back to me and got it right. I go home to find out they got the wings and thighs backwards. Honestly Im only annoyed by the fact that I ASKED if they can and that they DIDNT. This isnt the first time. When my brother went they got his sides wrong, and we wasted food that night. Please if you order anything from here take the time to see they got it right and save yourself the waist of time and disappointment.

They are owned by a southern asian (Indian) family. For a fried chicken place to treat minorities the way they do, Im surprised theyre even in business. The cashier (her name is Hadifa) racial profiled me as soon as I walked into the restaraunt. Asked my to clean up after myself and did not do the same to anyone else in line. She said she was instructed by the owner to say this to people of my race. When I asked for the manager, he told me to "sit down and finish my food." So i left without taking a bite of my food. I would never come back to this location.

The food here is decent, but the staff was an issue. The cashier taking the order was dismissive and condescending to the customers, and made rude comments to her co-worker when they asked for clarification on an order. The gentleman that handed out the order was very kind though. The dining area was a bit unclean as well, but nothing more than crumbs left over from other customers. Im not sure of another Popeyes locally, so if thats what your craving, this place delivers on that Louisiana taste.

The servers speak poor english which made me recieve a wrong order. It was simple, i asked for spicy and got mild but they wouldnt fix it. Then while eating, i spent my time hearing the workers scream at each other and slam things around. It was truely a horrible experience and i wont be eating here any time soon

Run by foreigners (surprise) who barely speak english (surprise). Repeated my order 5 times. The had no beverages but tea, hawaiian punch, and lemonade. Ordered 5 piece and they can not count, only got 3 pieces. And the chick at the window did not know what a fork was. Will not be returning.

The worst one Ive ever been to and the manager has a very nasty attitude Not Muhammad he is a very decent person with a very decent attitude....Im talking about the old man that works there he might even be the owner Im not sure but in any case they need to get rid of him ASAP !!!

Very good chicken and very friendly staff. Manager was very nice to us and kind to his staff which was nice to see. Poor guy looked like he was on his third or fourth 7 day week which actually made his being respectful to everyone that much more impressive. Ill be back for sure!

The service is poor. The kitchen is way understaffed. Long wait for available chicken. I didnt take a bite out of this chicken. My food is sitting here getting cold while my boyfriend waits for his food. All of the carbonated drinks are flat.

Its a hit or miss, depending on the moon or tides or somthing. But really.. sometimes they forget to put things in your order (more often than once in a while) But its fast food... i dont expect much.

Staff was somewhat friendly. Fairly accommodating when they made a mistake with our order. Have many friends say they have never had an issue otherwise here. Worth checking out, nonetheless.
