Its always the one time they give you horrible service that people remember that turns away business. After shopping here for years trying to return something that tasted funny and like plastic was like having a tooth pulled. My wife and I bought Irish potatoes the must have sat a little too long inside the plastic packaging and tasted and smelled of plastic. When I tried to return them they refused to let me exchange for another product but did do a great job of making me fill out a form for a baker to call me back to let me know if there was something wrong with the product before they gave me a refund. Who are they to judge if the customer is satisfied with a subpar product? After years of delight this business has turned into just another tourist trap at the market.

I went during the rush hour of Saturday and when I grabbed my number I thought I will be here for a while. To my surprised, the staff was efficient, quick, and professional. They moved behind the counter with such an ease that it was kind of a beautiful coordinated dance. Quickly my number got called and I bought more than I should but I am not regretting it. My family loved the almond horn, the canollies, and the chocolate mouse. We were not impressed with the Tiramisu. We have had better at other places.

My Italian mother introduced me to cannolis and Termini Bros, hands down, makes the best ones in town. And theres plenty of competition if you make your way to South Philly. Terminis also has delicious rum cake, carrot cake and torrone (nougat). Im partial to the cannolis filled with ricotta which includes chocolate chips. Otherwise you can get chocolate or vanilla custard, all made to order. #Philly #YoAdrienne #Italian #Dessert

Outstanding cupcakes - I love finding a good cupcake. I like a classic vanilla cupcake with sweet buttercream icing! The bonus on these cupcakes - sprinkles on top and more icing inside. Yum! My family knew I liked these cupcakes so much they ordered them for a surprise birthday party for me... everyone thought they were delicious.

Great and friendly staff. I ordered a cannoli. The total was $4. In my opinion, it was decently priced. It was very delicious with the crispy outsides and delicious cold creamy filling. Great location too, I must say.

Good classic Italian pastries, but at a steep price. Go deeper into south Philly for cheaper and just as good pastries. Off the top of my head theres frangellis, and Potitos, both are great and soo affordable.

Bread and pastries are great. I especially love the cannoli, and the special cookies made around Easter, that are called something like "bones."

The deserts are so rich and not overwhelmingly sweet like so many other bakeries are. I would highly recommend the mousse cakes
