Just had breakfast with my parents and aunt. We arrived around 730 am. Only one waitress, one hostess and the dark haired male manager were visible. We waited at least 10 minutes after being seated before my dad had to go get the hostess and ask about getting coffee. It was another 5 minutes until the waitress could get to us. She was pleasant but had at least 7 tables to work at once, which was not going very well for her. The Manager never once came out from behind the counter to help, even though it was clear she was being spread too thin. There were two coffee cups on the table, but four of us, so we grabbed two off another table. One had dried and crusted whipped cream all over the inside. The food was okay, my homefries were burnt to a crisp though. We saw another table wait a good 20 mins from being seated to the waitress coming over to ask about drinks. Overall, disappointing. The manager could have helped his waitress but didnt even appear to offer.

Terrible food, terrible service. As a Bob Evans chain, a brand that specializes in breakfast, we expected better. The frozen food we buy at the store is better than what we were served. The sausage gravy was at least a day old and tasted like it was watered down to make it last, and there was no seasoning in it. All of our food was luke warm as if it had been sitting under the warmer for 15 minutes. Which we waited 20 minutes for our food when it wasnt busy, and a table that was sat after us and ordered after us got their food first. Looks like some things need to be prioritized in the kitchen. Our waitress barely paid attention to our table after our food was served. We sat for almost 10 minutes after we were done with our food, she walked passed our table twice and paid no mind, my husband had to ask the manager for the check. No tip. Never going to another chain of Bob Evans.

Whole ordeal took an hour and a half, which I would be fine with if the food had been better. My wife and I got breakfast, the eggs were cold and not well made, the pancakes werent fully cooked, and the tea I ordered came out In a coffee mug with warm water, not hot water. I asked for milk for the tea when I ordered it and had to ask another server after our food came out for the milk again. The salt in the shakers on our table and the surrounding ones were lumpy and wet, so you couldnt get any out. In fact not sure there was anything redeeming about the visit. All in all the worst Bob evans Ive been to. Wouldnt stop at this location ever again.

While the service was great I cannot say the same for the food. Vegetable hash was ordered with eggs over easy the eggs were just about cooked completely through. I ordered the deep dish chicken and noodles and another at the table ordered the chicken and noodle soup and the soup person had to add about a half a cup of water because of the salt content. As far as cleanliness is concerned I personally witnessed an employee from the kitchen come out and answer the phone with gloves on and go back into the kitchen with those seen gloves on. And my feet were sticking to the floor.

My Father and sister had breakfast at the Non Evans in Hummelstown on Tuesday morning. They were on their way to the Hershey Medical Center to visit my Mother who suffered a massive stroke. My Father accidently left a new package of hearing aid batteries on the table when they left. My Sister called the restaurant shortly after arriving at the hospital, and a host said that the package would be held for her. She returned for them today, after our Mother passed, and was told the manager threw them out because no one could find a sticky note on Tuesday to write a name on them.

Clearly, This manager is over run, and doesnt seem to meet the manager qualifications and needs to proper delegate work duties... Clearly the empolyees do what they want.. Customer Services lacks beyond words.. YOU HAD COOKS SCREAMING POOP WATER when customers were upset with service.. We went in and every table was dirty, for the entire time we were there, they would obly clean a table as a customer came in.. We were beside oura selves.. Corporate needs to take a look at this establishment and make some serious over haul..

I would recommend try somewhere local. I anticipated a great start to my day and was disappointed with not only my breakfast, but also the service in general. I have worked in the service Industry, primarily bartending and serving, for the past Seven years. I typically dont write reviews but I am so dissatisfied that I wanted to go as far see to reach out to the folks walking into Bob Evans. In the future I plan on going elsewhere such as the soda jerk and other local areas in hopes of better food and service!

Probably the worst Bob Evans I gave ever eaten at. Normally Bob Evans is an oasis of good food and friendly service when my wife and I are traveling. Unfortunately the young man, Brandon was rude and very disinterested in serving us. The food, that they had, was OK. They were out of just about everything from rolls to apple pie. I am very disappointed and hope they can get their problems fixed before it does too much damage to the Bob Evans name

20 years ago, I ate at this specific restaurant with my mom and dad as a young teenager. I remember my disgust as I discovered that a housefly had been baked into one of my 3 pancakes. It had such a lasting effect that to this day I dont care for pancakes and I think of good ol Bob Evans every time theyre served from any location. For me, this restaurant ruined an American favorite food for an entire lifetime.

A wait to get in but the line moved quickly. Waiter was amusing, but seemed a little overwhelmed, couple of mistakes on the order, quickly rectified. Party of 3. Got pot roast meal. Meet was sparse and fatty. Mashed potato bland and swimming in an overwhelming amount of gravy. Disappointed. This used to be my favorite quick-bite-to-eat spot. Probably wont return here for quite a while.

Ordered the new knife and fork Turkey. Meat and mashed potatoes were ok. Stuffing was gross! Green color that didnt look appetizing. Server was in training and was very good. The staff is loud. A worker blurted out about something tasting like "sugared poop" while we were eating! The area underneath the servers table looked filthy. Its in clear view of the dining room. Wont go back!

Waitress was miserable and didnt even greet us. Food wasnt hot and my coffee got cold. Pancakes were really crunchy and never got cream for my coffee. Management was apologetic, but compared to all the other Bob Evans Ive been to, this one was a big let down. Normally I tip 30% for exceptional service, 20% for dismal service. Couldnt even bring myself to tip this waitress.

Waitress couldnt be bothered after serving our food which was mediocre at best which is sad since it was breakfast. Bathroom looked like a crime scene. Hostess was nice. Shes the reason I gave 2 stars. For a restaurant that depends on tourism dollars, it was embarrassing. We are local and wont eat there again. Feel bad for tourists that have to eat there.
