The restaurant we wanted to go to for dinner was closed, so we tried YP as an alternative. BIG MISTAKE!!! We were seated at a table by the general manager and then waited for the better part of 15-20 minutes without anyone coming to our table. We had to go ask for someone to wait on us. Once our order was taken, we proceeded to wait another 20 minutes before going to ask for our beverages (tea, water, soda). Once the food finally came, it was nothing special and certainly not worth the waiting and poor service. This had to be one of the worst experiences Ive ever had from a customer service standpoint and can say for certain I will never return. (Not even worthy of one star, but I had to select at least one to post a review).

YP has the best stromboli! PERIOD! We usually visit on Wednesday for the buffet and I know they usually get slammed for it. Sometimes you may have to be an adult and remain patent. But when that kitchen door swings open and that tray of boli comes out, the crowd jumps and demolishes it! I can tell you, the staff is always giving it all they have. And if you have a problem, they would rather you address it with them. I always see people who have to act like a little kid online where they can hide behind a review and bash places with them. But if you took the time to say something, chances are you would walk away very happy! Thank you for the great food and the awesome service. I always feel welcome at the Hershey YP!

YP is great... theres a lunch buffet mon-fri thats well worth the money and daily food specials at night. dont go there expecting someone to pour oil on your plate or anything, its a pizza and boli joint first and foremost. you can order food well after 11PM and its open late almost every night. a great place to unwind and get cheap food. dont be worried by the other reviews, just realize its mostly a pizza place that looks nicer from the outside. the only place better than YP in hershey for this type of food is Brickers.

We went because my son said he didnt remember their stromboli , since the one near us closed a few years ago, so we decided to go to the Wednesday family night buffet. The stromboli was decent, but was barely ever put out and the people that were there would all have to get up as soon as they saw it coming out just to get some. The soups and wings were physically cold, and the salad bar looked loaded with nearly inedible items. Maybe we hit them on a bad night, but Im not sure Ill ever bother to find out.

If there is a convention going on at the Hershey lodge, management needs to staff additional people during lunch hour. We were almost done with our meals by the time we got drinks. There were only two employees working the room, and the restaurant was full. The buffet was constantly out of food. Also, why are the plates in the middle of the buffet? Who thought that up?

Got a large boli its no bigger than my arm fist to elbow Im only about 5 foot . My Mom didnt get her coleslaw , no cocktail or tartar sauce.... my brother didnt get his Mac salad with his sandwich....and the large bleeping pizza and yes I counted 12 12 mind you pieces of pepperoni... you have got to be kidding me... truth [edited: star rating to one star]

I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone! I came in on a Thursday day night around 5:45 and I did not even receive my ice water until at least an hour later. Not only did I not receive my water until an hour after I ordered it, the waitress brought me a huge pitcher of water with no cups or straws. Before even receiving my meal, I was very disappointed.

Prob a better bar then food place, trash food trash service, would I give it another try,??? No. Pizza is not home made, and the only thing world famous, they where out of, not worth the time. Unless you are a sports guy and you dont care about the food........ And they didnt have strombolis.... which theyre "famous" for .......

Been coming here for over 30 years but it has been downhill for the last 10. The Stromboli is still one of the best Ive tasted anywhere but it is not enough to overcome questionable service and everything else on the menu. The owners should just get out of the restaurant business and sell frozen bolis through grocery chains.

Ordered a large pizza for delivery, was told there was a minimum charge for delivery, which my pizza didnt reach. So I ordered garlic knots PLUS sauce to reach the minimum amount. They delivered the pizza and knots... which we had to walk to the hotel lobby for.... but NO SAUCE!! Argued when we called them on it.

Looking for comfort food? This is it. No thrills or frills decor. Simple menu, youll find the usual burgers, pizzas, wings... Look for the strombolis. Kitchen is open till really late. Friendly and professional bartenders.

Calzone was just OK. Service took 45 minutes to be served - although we had a group of 15 the restaurant was nearly empty. Had to ask for the manager twice before he showed up. The server was polite and did a good job.

Dont order delivery!! Sooooo slow, everytime I order. Its a shame because I love their Stromboli but Ive never one gotten it in under an hr 1/2! I live 5 mins away too, huge disappointment!

Stromboli was OK. I come from an Italian town so Ive had better. Ordered garlic knots with it and the bartender forgot so i just didnt remind him. Not a big deal really. Overall just OK.

A place that claims to have the best boli should allow you to get whatever you want in it, but not here. Theyre frozen, pre-made so youre limited to their ingredients. Pretty poor

Bar maid texting on phone & wouldnt even stop to greet you. So I jus sat down myself and helped myself to the buffet. Was never asked if I would like a soda refill.

Local place! Very good and nice simple menu for kids but good for adults as well. Plus right next to Hershey Lodge which made it nice for a tourist!
