My family and I (total of 6 of us) went here this past weekend for lunch. The good: food was good The bad: owner (Andreas) was incredibly rude to both us and other customers. He got a call about getting a large party and told us to sit in the back corner of the restaurant (not much of a problem). When the cashier apologized and said she was sorry, he said and I quote "Im not sorry, its 40 people, thats a lot of money. I could care less. " It turned out that the cashier was his daughter and she again came over when our food was delivered and apologized. I told her I accept her apology, however, him being the owner of the establishment should be the one apologizing (which he never did) The owner also told 2 other patrons of HIS restaurant that they had to move. Those patrons were already seated and having their drinks waiting on their food. One of the couples told him they didnt appreciate his attitude towards them and he told them "Of you dont like it get out, Ill give you your money back." Bottom line, Ill never be setting foot inside that establishment again. All do to the LACK OF CHARACTER and RUDENESS of the owner towards his patrons.

Best Pizza in the E-town area. Etown has a ton of pizza joints, way to many, but this one is the best. I see several comments about the owner being rude. I have been going here since before the current owners took over, back when they were on north market street, and I have never seen him be rude to anyone. Once he laid into a worker in front of me for messing up, he then apologized for doing that to all his patrons, but said this working had been messing up a lot. He has a rather dry sense of humor, and I think some people mistake this for being rude, but he is anything but rude. One evening they had a power outage that messed up their computer system. He was allowing customers to leave without paying on the promise they would come back and pay. Not sure how you define someone like that as rude. That is overly generous. Not sure how many went back the next day to pay, I know I did. Bottom line, great pizza, nice establishment, fair prices.

The food isnt bad but can be wildly different with inconsistent quality from one visit to the next. The staff Ive spoken to at the location have always been polite and employed good customer service. The people on the phones however are often rude and not very friendly. My biggest complaint however is their tendency to try and take your order on the phone while also ringing someone out in person. I hate trying to give my order to a person while they are talking to someone else. I would think it would be better to ask the phone person to hold for a moment while you finish a previous transaction rather than trying to talk to both at the same time. Its confusing, frustrating and bound to cause mistakes.

No complaints with the food other than our orders are usually messed up with what we want or dont want as toppings. Biggest complaint is the lack of customer service. On two separate occasions, I tried to order a "special" that was listed on their menu, but they wouldnt honor it saying it mustve been an outdated menu. Ive only lived in Etown for close to a year, so the menu I had couldnt have been very old at all. Despite the fact that I live within a quarter mile to Pizzatown, I would much rather go to Sals (on the other side of town)for the sole reason that they honor the specials as advertised, saving me $10 on my pizza + wings last night.

This place is truly awful. If you want decent food, go to the Legacy Sports Bar which is attached, but Pizzatown is utter garbage. I ordered a cheeseburger pizza once, and it had nasty, wilted, BAKED iceburg lettuce on it. I have never in my life heard of putting iceberg lettuce on a pizza, but mine was SMOTHERED with it. I had to toss it after forcing myself to eat one slice. Against my better judgment, I ordered from them once more - I forget what I got - and I ended up with mild food poisoning. Dont waste your time or your money. This place should be shut down.

Absolutely love Pizzatown. Its a local family owned shop with excellent food. Weve tried just about everything. The wings, subs, pizzas, and specialty dishes are all delicious. Never can go wrong with their cheese fry pizza. My family and I are here every weekend and weve never been disappointed. The owners even gave us free Pizzatown shirts.

I got a sub with fries and the quality of the food was awesome. Great for any picky eater very generous with meat and other ingredients. The fries looked homemade and tasted great. The service was very friendly and inviting as well as accommodating. Overall a great experience.

Was my favorite pizza ever. Id pass 10 pizza places getting to this one. Since they moved to the new place service went down hill. Very rude people. Food is no longer that great either. Theres much better out there.

The owner is always nearby and genuinely cares about the customer. Definitely a place to go for a filling lunch (try the loaded fries slices of pizza!). Optional drive thru and beer delivery a plus.

Awful pathetic place with bad food and terrible service. The owner is a jackass and his servers are dim and obnoxious. A truly trashy place for the lowest common denominator

I am addicted to their Spaghetti and Meatball pizza. Great drink special prices over in the bar side (Legacy). 9 TVs and a projector with most sports events at all times.

RI

Pretty good pizza place for the area, not the greatest but above average, if you want toppings order a specialty pizza its cheaper than getting 2+ toppings.

I know the owners personally, always have a fun time here. It sometimes gets crowed, but other times it slow, so hit or miss.

Really good servers and barkeeps. Food is decent; they have specials everyday. I pretty much come for the alcohol.
