We ate here yesterday and I was really pleased with everything. Of course your normal Red Robin decor. But our waiter was great. Drinks were always filled, food was hot and he really went above and beyond and definitely earned the tip I gave him. Not only did he note we are a fat family and offer to bring us out fries before our meal came, he offered up their "special" sauces and even gave us a basket of their garlic fries. I only ate the ranch dressing which was really good in itself. And they were Free! What American doesnt jump at the word free! He was really personable and he didnt lie when he said I would enjoy the Fish and Chips. I usually dont order fish/seafood unless Im at a place that specializes in that type of menu. I really do fear it being prepared wrong and getting sick off of it haha. Their fish was excellent! The outer crust was so crispy and not greasy to the touch and the fish inside was so delicate and smooth. Great flavor too! Oh, and the tartar sauce was awesome! Tartar sauce falls under the "either its horrible or fabulous" there isnt an in between for me haha. This was really good too and I made sure to bring it home with the rest of my meal, yes, in true Red Robin form we got so much food I couldnt finish it. And Im glad. Put that fish back in the oven and had a great dinner! Oh and let me not forget my Apple Fritters!! Dessert isnt something I make a habit of ordering. If I do I already plan on taking it home haha. These little bursts of apple pie were the perfect finish to my lunch. I only had one at the time because I had already stuffed myself with fries and fish, but these were so warm, and I cant even call them little. They were big for a dessert and I got a lot. And the warm caramel sauce that accompanied it was delicious! Just the perfect touch for it!

While the burgers offered are generally quite good, the service you will receive is sub-standard. I have attempted to enjoy this restaurant on many occasions but it ultimately disappointments me with long wait times between server visits and frequently "forgotten" items upon their return. I have had to wait at least 20 to 30 minutes between server visits on average. The worst-case Ive encountered was waiting 40 minutes just to order. This means the restaurant is not appropriate when a total visit time of less than one hour is desired despite the fast-food style menu. I believe this has to do with the "unlimited fries" which are to be included in most burger meals. Less visits to a table mean fewer opportunities to request more drinks or steak fries. The problem certainly has not been due to a lack of staff. On some occasions the staff will outnumber the customers. My assessment is not based on a single visit or server, which makes me suspect its the institutionalized way of operating the business. Also of note is the "family-friendly" atmosphere mentioned in other reviews. This is synonymous with "potentially screaming children". This should be of concern if you do not desire to be in such an environment for a long period of time.

Felt bad for our server and the manager on duty. The cooks looked as though they are all in training. Why do I say this? Because we had a table looking directly at the window. It looked like mad confusion. We ordered 4 burgers and 1 childrens meal. The childs meal came out cold - not slightly warm - cold like refrigerated. We sent it back. 25 minutes later it came back hot. The childs meal was removed from the check without any fuss from us, but his drink was added in for $2.79 - the drink is part of the $5 kids meal. I did complain about this and it was removed. Being in the restaurant almost 90-minutes, I observed server taking food to the wrong tables, carring it back to the kitchen and then delivering it to the right table. It really was a debocle last night. I am not sure if we will be back.

Yes I liked this place until my recent visit. The wait wasnt the thing that bothered me the most. It was their poor service, it took awhile for the server to get the drinks and order. As I was sitting there Ive watched people sit down and order, there were four tables of at least six or more getting their food before me. I only had a party of three and Im sure theyve gotten similar burgers. Ive talked to a manager and he just told me to sit down while he gets my order all I wanted was to pay my drink and leave. So I sat there for another few minutes saw my server and told him to get me my change and Ill just leave. Left, and now I dont even feel like returning. I did like the burgers but I know there are other burger places that would actually take and give out orders in a orderly fashion.

I just called in and spoke with the hostess to ask for them to sing to my Dad for his birthday. I am 3,000 miles away and would have loved to be there, but since Im not I thought he would enjoy being surprised with some singing and dessert. To my surprise.....no one ever sang or acknowledged his birthday. I know his server was Kat, which I told the hostess. Im not sure if it was a miscommunication or not but it was upsetting especially being in the hospitality industry myself, I love to create memorable moments for all of my guests.......

The food was great, like all Red Robin restaurants. However, the service was the worst Ive ever experienced. The waitresses and waiters were clearly disorganized, and we waited a long time before the waitress came to take our orders. Then we waited even longer for the food. My friend asked for more fries, and they did not come... So I had to leave before my friend because I was going to be late for an appointment. This is inexcusable!! Our waitress was trying to do way too much. I was very displeased.

Great food. Horrible service. As soon as the food was ordered the server went on break. 2 more tables were seated while she was on break. Roughly 10 minutes after that my table needed refills on our drinks, so we pressed the "fancy" call server button on the obviously useless tablet things they have. She served the table next to us and ignored our table for another 10-15 minutes. Will not be returning to this location. They were not even that busy!

GREAT food and service!!! It was my grand daughters Bday so 11 of us went to Sight and Sound and chose to eat at Red Robin (Lancaster, Pa). The menu and service was great and the food was excellent! Everyone of us raved over the food. My wife is a great cook and when we choose to eat dinner out we are usually disappointed but not this time. You were outstanding A to Z...Thank You for making a good day great. The Lyons Family
