Our Waiter was fantastic! ,cordial on time and always looking to please. The Staff is very well trained and sets the tone of how the food service industry should operate at all time. Alcoholic beverages were made within a couple minutes and he continually asked "hows everything, is everything going okay". At no given point did our waiter walk past our table without acknowledging us as patrons even if it was to ask "do you need any more napkins" or a friendly smile even if he was headed towards another table. The service was above and beyond what i expected. The main entree was prepared very quickly and came hot from the kitchen within 13 minutes of receiving our salad. We didnt have to wait endlessly as many busy restaurants are accustomed too. The Entree was prepared well and cooked evenly presentation was perfect except for my dish. The placement of many items on my entree was clearly rushed and due diligence was not carried out. A very minor detail in retrospect to the overall meal and experience was well worthy penny.

I took my children here last evening for Valentines Day (9 and 12). The food was absolutely horrible! My daughter and I got crab cakes that were completely overcooked and so dry you couldnt chew them. My son got the king crab legs that he couldnt eat because they tasted of salt water. The service was good. Our waitress was sweet which is why I paid the 100 dollars and didnt make a fuss. Granted it was Valentines Day and I didnt expect a five star meal, edible would have sufficed!! I dont think we will be returning to this location

This Red Lobster has some great wait staff. Our waitress tonight was absolutely wonderful; friendly, attentive, and really went the extra mile. The food here isnt anything special, same menu at each franchise location. In all honesty, weve got a few better seafood places in our area. Lastly, the restaurant itself was so dirty! The walls especially! While looking at a lighthouse picture it was very easy to see crab meat, flakes of fish, and other food bits stuck all over the walls! Talk about losing your appetite....

Oh brother, it was awful. They were out of my first choice, so compromised. Food came out cold.. Not room temp- COLD. Ordered side of crab legs, got 4 small legs for 8.99 not even a full cluster and yep... COLD. Calling this a seafood restaurant is like calling McDonalds a steak house. Spent $100 and left hungry. The only thing good were the biscuits. There are FAR better choices for seafood. Dont waste your money here.

It give a star for the servers kindness if I didnt get sick from the food. Went for my birthday - got sick as a dog. Went for my sisters Birthday - sick as a dog. 2 times weve walked out of this restaurant eating bad food. No allergies here, New England born and raised. Im not saying youre definitely getting sick, but twice is enough for me to not trust the food here at Red Lobster on the Pike.

Went for lunch because it was my husbands birthday. We both had the 4-course feast, which is an awesome deal at $16.99! He had the wood-grilled sirloin, which was cooked perfectly. Our server checked on us frequently and the food was amazing. Didnt have any room left for dessert. We will definitely go back to this Red Lobster!

The service is excellent, the food is very good. However, In the past I would have given a five star. They should have the soup and salad option that they had in the past. One of the best parts of Red Lobster is their salads. Even if they dont include the baby shrimp like they use to, Id still enjoy the salad.

Went for lunch no wait at all for a seat but had to wait 20 minutes and watch people get seated after us and also served before us so we walked out. No service also had a baby with us. Didnt even offer us drinks or nothing but was able to tell us how cute our baby was then serve a table that came in after us.

Salads seemed prepared many hours ago. Steamed brocolli barely steamed, and mostly yellow. Steak was severely undercooked. Fresh salmon portions have been reduced. Since Darden divested this chain things have gotten progressively worse to the point I will not go back.

Made Reservation at 2:00pm for a party of 6 at 6:00pm got here at 5:55pm an was told it was a 35 mins wait.... An it a 45 min wait for people without reservation... What the hells the point in making reservations.... Worthless dont waste your time. Go to Chilies!

The food and service is generally on point. Its always packed, but we get a table very quickly. I had a drink there the other day that I figured would be pretty weak because of the amount of ice in it, but it hit me really hard. Very fun time!

Went with my girlfriend on her birthday. Service was horrible (wasnt busy) and the food was even worse. Did an online survey asking to be contacted by the manager. Not one phone call. I spent $70 to know that I will NEVER eat here again.

This Red Lobster is fine-Ive never been disappointed every time Ive eaten there. I do prefer the Colonial Park locale more-the staff there are top notch and beyond kind! This locale-still great in my book.

While the personnel were pleasant and provided good service its premade frozen seafood. Had a gift card so at least I didnt pay so theres that. If you want good seafood dont go to Red Lobster.

It is not like it use to be. They want to change everything. The mashed potatoes were like paste. They use to have sea bake with little lobsters, round red potatoes, and corn on the cob.
