Dont go at 9 when they close at 10. No one seems to care about anything. Waitress brought out the burger with mayo on it. We ordered a plain burger with nothing on it but pickles. Talked to the waitress about the mix up. They were out of pickles. She said Giant is right there. She did bring us a new bun. Unfortunately the bun was cold and hard. I was quietly going to mention it to the cashier, when she asked how everthing was, but she never asked. She was busy talking with others. Sad because normally we have good service with friendly staff.

Ok but not great. Food was cold. Im not sure how you can mess up french fries but they were no good. On a better note the Kale/brussel sprout salad was excellent. That is the only way I will eat that stuff. The haddock was good even though it was cold. The fried okra would have tasted better hot as well. We ran out of drinks which didnt help. I was disappointed because I talked my husband into trying it since I had a good experience at the Carlisle store. We probably wont be back. Not horrible but not great either.

Lets just say it is a Cracker Barrel. Most of the time the food is decent, but rarely spectacular. The real pull to go there is that it is pretty consistent. On this visit I went off over my norms and got pork chops. They were slightly dry and poorly seasoned. I guess there is still too much fear at the CB offices to allow pork to be done so that it is juicy. I will go back to my normal rotation.

I worked here. The servers and managers will drop your food on a dirty tray or on a random surface and put it back on your plate and serve it to you. If you care about what you and your family are eating dont eat here. Oh and did I mention the bucket with bleach water sitting next to the pitcher of tea and coffee thats going out to your table. Hope you like bleach with your drink.

Most of my food was ok. Scrambled eggs were runny and made me gag. Server gave us our food and never checked back in until we were finished with our meals. When she was told about my eggs, she walked away and 2 people at our table watched her roll her eyes. Will probably never return.

I stop here every few months and usually the service is great. Today (11/23) has been terrible. It took 10 minutes to be approached by a server even though there were five in our area and it was only 30% full. Several walked past and just looked at us. Very disappointing.

Very nice people work here. The few times there have been problems (when moving we are here almost daily) they were resolved quickly and without incident. The food is predictably good, and timely. But it is the people who work here that make it nice to come to.

Just left this place, without service! I sat for 10 minutes, nobody even took a drink order. Two tables that arrived after me had drinks and ordered their meals, yet there I sat. So I left. Would not recommend.

Waiter was super nice and the food was really good and inexpensive. The shop has lots of nice things to look at. Recommend this place highly for anyone who likes home style food. That gravy was fantastic.

For everyone else this is a nice place to eat. For me it isnt. I cant eat wheat and they dont have an Anything on the menu without wheat in it. So as a family eating out we dont go there.

Ive been in Cracker Barrels everywhere, and have never had a bad experience, nor a bad meal! One of my favorite places for breakfast. Cant get enough of those bisquits!
