This DQ needs some lessons on attention to detail and customer service. Ive been there a few times now where they went very light on the candy in the blizzard. Last time after my wife found only a handful of pieces of candy in hers I went to the counter and said something. The lady was rude to me and tossed in 3 whole pieces of extra candy. Thanks for nothing! We now go out of our way to another DQ or just eat ice cream at home. Theres no reason it needs to be that way. Shame On you Harleysville DQ! I give it a 2 star only because the facilities are nice.

This is nothing particular about this DQ. It does not have drive thru, there is no playground for kids and it does not offer the full menu (no hamburgers for example). But you know what? If you are looking for a place for the ice cream choice you expect and at the quality level you expect from DQ, all in a clean, welcoming place conveniently located in Harleysville, you got it!

Asked for extra candy in my blizaard and got a blizzard with less candy than I have ever gotten. Oreo blizzard tasted like vanilla ice cream. I will not be going back to this location.

Dairy Queen is a terrific franchise!! I love their reliable service, friendly staff, and burgers too! Try some french fries dipped in a thick milkshake...delicious!
