My 79 cents ice cream slush was actually great tasting (after 50 minutes of waiting...) I pulled into the drive in to order a corn dog and the ice cream slush special, which I waited over 30 minutes for (which still didnt come by then), so I left and decided to go through the drive thru. It took the guy 10+ minutes to finally be ready to take my order, which then he apparently couldnt get right? He told me to pull up, which I did. The lady there then wanted to charge me over $7 for my $1.49 corn dog and 79 cents ice cream slush... I was like um, how?!? She said oops, someone was messing around back there with my order. So I pay the correct amount then. She proceeded to ask me what flavor I wanted again, um, did the guy that took my order get anything right? Spent over 50 minutes trying to order $3 worth of food. The place wasnt packed or anything, maybe 4 cars there when I arrived. Please tell me the service isnt this bad for everyone?

Very disappointed. I ordered my meal on my lunch break to take back to my office to eat. I ordered a HAMBURGER, and specifically said NO CHEESE. The woman who repeated back my order said a hamburger. The carhop who brought me my food said hamburger. I figured that I did not need to check the accuracy since I was running late getting back to work. Once I got back to work and opened my sandwich, it had cheese. I am allergic to cheese and can not eat it at all. So here I sit, no lunch which I paid for and was not able to go back to have it corrected. I realize part of the fault was mine for not checking it before I left, but when the order of HAMBURGER is repeated back, as well as the fact that I specifically ordered a hamburger with NO CHEESE, I would expect my order to be made correctly.

Our wait for 3 milkshakes, and a slushy, and 2 concrete ice cream cups was ridiculous,..the parking lot was not full,...when it finally came 24minutes,..the slushy was all melted and tasted like coconut?!?! It was suppose to be blueberry and grape,..we received only 1 straw instead of 3,...so what were we suppose to use the straw for watery slushy or the milkshakes? We had plenty of time to use restroom facilities,..the mens room was covered COVERED in urine,..and filth, you didnt want to touch ANYTHING. Ladies room was just as bad, both were out of soap to even clean your hands after walking in to the filth,.. Health inspector needs to pay a visit to clean this up,....might be my next call,.....yes it was THAT bad

As I have waited here for 30 minutes after trying to call the order in to no avail. They shut the outside down at varying times. However several of us waited in excess of 10 minutes before I walked in and asked if the outside order stations were working..ONLY then was I informed the outside was closed. The units were lit up...no sign to tell you they were closed. Just the poor drive thru girl who needs more help. I am sure the food will be good... But the inconvenience and atypical method of ordering is downright bad business. This isnt a problem with workers. This is a problem with bad management. Finishing this review after 40 minutes in line and 10 minutes waiting outside. Owner...please take notice...

Went there at 1145 at night pulled up and pushed button for order, no answer then pushed again, no answer... finally an employee motioned to go thru drive thru. Ok you couldnt tell me that over speaker? Then I go to drive thru mind you theres a line, so 10 minutes finally I get to place order...well I tell the employee I have separate orders and he says we cant do that thru the drive thru! I said well youre really making this inconvenient for us arent you? Silence... then he says hold on a minute and Ill did that for you. Ok so another 3 or so minutes go by and nothing so finally I left the line and WaWa was by far a better decision. Are you serious? Ridiculous and complete waste of time.

Where should I start...i have went to many Sonic Drive ins over the years...I try and give places a few visits before I dislike them, but Im done. Ive tried coming here on several occasions, each time a different opportunity. Just a few examples, the sign says they are open 24 hours, this is not true, the drive thru window is open thats it. Also, you are limited on what you can order if you can order anything at all. So today I thought Id go earlier in the night. Stopped by a little before midnight on a Saturday night. Drive up closed at 10 pm. On a Saturday night??? This does it for me.

Just waited almost 25 minutes for a shake and a slushie! Beyond ridiculous!!! It took so long we went up to the door to get our money back to leave but no one was inside. Then we seen a guy walking to every single car with an order. It was probably the guy who pulled in next to us about 5 minutres after we got there, but he took off before getting any food. Management needs to get it together. We wont be visiting again. 25 mins for 2 drinks is complete crap!!! 1 star because I have to in order to leave a review!

Hot Mess! Extremely long wait in drive-thru . Could barely hear the person taking our order and during our 27 minute wait in drive thru ( only 5 cars in line) People actually driving back around to state their order was wrong . Appeared to be plenty of people working when I finally got to the window. Not to mention when I finally got my food it didnt even seem to be fully cooked. Love their slushies and ocean water- but seriously OVERPRICED and horrific service.

Poor service I could not understand the lady at the drive thru. It took a long time to get the food. The workers inside were glaring at us. They gave us our order and thank goodness I checked I was missing food. I ordered tots and got half fries and half tots. I ordered a bacom.burger with no bbq but wanted mayo and ketchup. And what did I get bbq. HORRIBLE SERVICE I WILL NEVER GO BACK.AGAIN COLD FOOD WRONG FOOD SERIOUSLY HORRIBLE AND A WASTE OF MONEY.

The food is amazing! However, the service is beyond horrible. I was in the drive through waiting for approximately 15 minutes with no answer from the speaker where I order. It was not until I pulled up to the window where they took my order. One of the items on my order was a m&m sonic blast and it was literally half ice cream and half whip cream. As I stated before, the food is great I just wish the service was more adequate.

Waited and waited and then waited some more. Some of the most inexperienced servers Ive ever encountered. If you like to wait for fast food then thumbs up. Dont bother going , not worth the money I was there at night when things are half off shakes and slushes but clearly they dont cater to that its only a way to lead you there to make you wait..
