I normally go to the Subway in Chesterbrook, PA, but I thought I would give this newly-opened one a try on Swedesford Road in Berwyn, PA. I visited on July 2, 2013, at approximately 1:00. Working behind the counter was a young man (sandy blonde hair in a pony tail), a woman (possibly the manager), and a young girl at the register. The young man was SO slow, but everyone needs a chance to learn a position and usually they get quicker as times goes on - HOWEVER, when he dropped the flat oven-grid used to toast sandwiches on the floor as he was attempting to put it back under the ovens, it apparently was too hot to handle, picked it up and put it in place for use again, that told me he will never have what it takes to work in the food industry. You just dont DO THAT! He dropped it, picked it up and put it back under the ovens like nothing happened, didnt bat an eye. He didnt rinse it or replace it with a fresh one, he just picked it up off a not-very-clean floor and it was then used for another customer to toast their sandwich. Unexceptable. Ugh. The girl at the register saw that I witnessed the act and attempted to quietly stop him, but he could not hear her so she just moved on with her task. Which was knocking over her customers empty drink cup as she "tossed" his sandwich on the counter in front of him. By her attitude, she would rather have been someplace else. I tried to get the "managers" attention to let her know what had happened, but she was too busy picking up the slack for the young man. When I attempted to say something to the cashier after receiving my change from paying, she promptly whisked herself away to a back room. Sorry, but I will not go to that Subway again.

I entered this store to get some ice as my three year old daughter had fallen in the parking lot and sprained her ankle; I politely explained the situation to man behind the countered and asked for some ice. He instantly became inflamed and demanded I purchase something or leave his store

This is the only subway in the area I go road I am a repeat customer and the woman and man who own the location always recognize me and ask how Im doing. I reccoment eating here if you have some extra time to wait for your sandwich and are patient with foreign accents.

Greedy people So We three people went in and ordered 3 foot longs and asked if he would cut in half and pack separately I mean its our choice maybe I dont want to eat it whole at same time He says we do charge extra

Whats not to love about Subway? This one is special because they recognize when a repeat customer comes in to their store and that means alot!
