My husband and I went to dinner tonight. After the waitress took my dish from the table, my husband saw her pull food off the dish. I went to the area by the soda machine where she was and saw food from my dish, but also a pile of shrimp that wasnt mine. I was disgusted!!!I I confronted her and she told us that someone asked for a "doggie bag" for their dog. Then another woman came over and asked of everything was ok. When I confronted her, she said that at the end of the night someone picks up scraps to feed to their pigs. I guess no one wanted to say the recycle and food and put it back into the buffet!!

Ive been going to Best Wok for a few years now and I have never had a bad experience. I have been to the buffet a few times, but I mostly order takeout. The food is always delicious and very hot. They have never messed up my order once in about 5 years. My personal favorites are the sweet and sour chicken and the chicken fried rice. Theyre both amazing! And the service has always been wonderful. I go there maybe once a month or every other month, but they have always been very polite to me and made me feel cared for. Best takeout Chinese place in the area.

Horrible experience at the Best Wok. The food at the buffet was so cold, I cannot see how it met health standards. I ordered off the menu, thinking that food would be more fresh, but it was not. The sauce was so cold in fact, it was barely liquid, but a thick gel. The Chicken at the buffet had been sitting so long, the texture was like jerky. My fiance took a two bites, felt sick(threw up afterwards), and the very rude woman refused to take the buffet off our tab. Horrible food, worse service, will never eat at the Best Wok again!

I have been going to the Best Wok buffet for years and getting carry out food 2 times a month or more. I too am tired of the food on the buffet not being hot! The last time we ordered out, I ordered shrimp and cashews and got shrimp and peanuts. Tonight we ordered sweet and sour chicken, only to find out when we got home that they didnt give us any sauce! I will give them one more chance before I write them off, Texas Road House,Sonic and Wendys all have 3 strikes!

If you are looking for a more intimate, relaxing Chinese buffet, this is it. The owners are so welcoming and treat you like theyve known you for years. The food is always fresh and hot. Give this place a chance, you wont regret it!

My family goes to Best Wok atleast once a week. The food is good and always fresh. The owners are very friendly, family oriented people. They know most of their customers by name. They are genuine, caring, and curteous!

Awesome chinease food!!! Everything was hot and super fresh. We went at 4:30pm and it all was really good. The service was fast and the place is really clean. price was good also, around 26 for buffet and drinks for 2
