The only saving grace of this place was the very pleasant customer oriented young lady at the drive-thru!!! If I could rate her separate she would get 5 stars. The cups that they have changed to are a joke! So thin & flimsy that as soon as I went to take a drink the lid seal separated bc the cup indented and POURED all over ME and the cars SEAT!!! The chicken quesorita is supposed to be cylinder shaped and was FLAT and had no more than a TEASPOON of rice & chicken! !!!! My sons food was a joke too, his taco was crushed, and half wrapped!! The part that was actually wrapped was tucked INSIDE the taco!?!?!? SERIOUSLY PEOPLE DID YOU NOT TAKE A TRAINING CLASS? As for the owners.... saving a few cents on the cost of cups to have them come apart on customers and the piss poor job of your employees.... you wont just be dealing with poor and bad reviews of your lost costumers!

went to the LJS at the same location. went on Saturday Dec. 20th. Worst meal I ever had The hush puppies were not cooked in the middle. I had the fish and the oil was running down my hand and the coating was soggy, yes I know it is fried food. It had all the indications of being reheated. I can not say for sure but I have been sick since early Sunday morning. I took home the meal and my dog ate it. never, never, never will I go back to this LJS. I dont want to take the chance of food poisoning.

I was there 15min b4 closing time and sitting at the speaker and no one would ancer me also was there earlier in the day and placed a oder and it was missing a couple of items called and spoke to a manager was was told to come back when I can and after the 2nd time I called and asked y no one would ancer me and they told me that they were closed and I said to the guy that the sign has 12 am and I was there at 1145 pm

horrible. the service , experience and thd food quality was bad. i explained 3 times what i wanted and they still got my order wrong , we ate inside so i kept going back up front to tell them they still had my order messed up. how harf is it to make a hard shell Taco without the lettuce. wont be going back any time soon. how disappointing

Today meals were great but the Taco Bell cinnamon twists tasted like paint. They were the nastiest thing I ever had. Must have them stored somewhere freshly painted. Would have taken them back if close but we were back on the road. Didnt want anybody else to try them.

What can I say, it is a Taco Bell. It was clean and the food was as you might expect although there seemed to a shortage of hot sauces on the day we visited. I always like a 7 layer burrito, healthier if you skip the sour cream. Cant beat the prices!

It was the worst experience dealing with fast food places. The person probably gave me rotten rice or something that left me in the bathroom for hours. I wouldnt recommend it to nobody

Every time I go I get the same meal, which comes with two sides. I never have gotten the second side. Not to mention, this time my fries tasted hours old and were not even edible.

The new naked chicken chalupas are amazing. Not sure how long they will last. Taco Bell is notorious for removing items from their menu forever. Get yours soon.
