First, they dont have chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream. The website says they carry out, but this is the second one that didnt have it in three days. Second, I walked into the place from the side entrance. Both ladies behind the counter looked right at me, but didnt acknowledge. I went to the ice cream area, sill nothing, having a conversation between themselves. The younger one left the area. The older one, with her back still to me, answered the phone Anns just walked around chatting, still not acknowledging me, but now not acknowledging the customer in the donut area. It was 3-5 minutes. I left. I will not be back.

Slow service,rude attitute, and confusion. I feel like you need to pictures for them to understand what you want. Go any wear else. If you agree with me, dont be shy and tell your feelings about this place. If you do like it, you were probably drugged by them

Horrible HORRIBLE so NOT friendly customer sucks ice cream melted such a disappointment!! We just moved to the area 6 months ago and we gave it 5 chances just terrible!!

Girls working at this location were super nice. Good selection of donuts and ice cream. Not many Baskin Robbins near to me and I love their Ice cream

Awful experience. Woman was on her phone the whole time. Ignored customers and did countless other things that she should be fired for.
