Service was kind and excellent, said they didnt have card scanner but could redeem gift cards and coupons with input, i accidentally got the wrong sundaes for a bogo deal but it was honored which i appreciated. The atmosphere could be improved.

I have never been in a Baskin Robbins before that had no seating. The ice cream itself was as good as any other Baskin Robbins. Giving it three stars due to lack of seating and just an overall grungy feel.

The service was adequate but not amazing and the ice cream didnt taste as good as other locations. Also doesnt have a scanner and only one seat but good for quick trips

There are too many home made ice cream spots in Philly with better tasting ice cream at Soviet the same price to ever need to go to a Baskin Robbins.
