Waitress got an attitude anytime anything was asked for. We were one of two occupied tables and the wait time for a simple glass of ice tea was up to 15 minutes. Ordered 2 caesar salads, was brought 2 house salads with caesar dressing on the side...and told that wed have to pay an additional 4.50 per salad to get a true caesar. Two of us ordered French Onion soup which had the taste and consistency of sweet vomit. My daughter got a mini pizza which they incinerated and my grilled ham & cheese was so dry and bland I had to take gulps of water immediately after each bite. Every other dish ordered (except a filet sandwich that looked ok) was (a) tiny and (b) bland. We had a custom "happy anniversary cake" ordered and delived there that was supposed to be brought out (with some singing). They cleared our dishes, sliced the cake up in the KITCHEN, and brought out slices. Totally incompetent. Ive literally never dined in a worse place. Most Philadelphia ghetto diners can exceed the food, service, and price of this establishment.

Ordered takeout for a Saturday night and it was a disaster. Nothing was ready when I arrived and then the clerk overcharged my one meal. He called a manager over to correct the error and the manager specifically said "is everything in there." The two clerks said yes. Needless to say, I was not happy when I got home and discovered our broiled seafood did not include the crab that was part of the combo, no sauces, french fries that you couldnt even chew because they were so cold. The takeout menus are completely redone and the prices DOUBLED, but no salads, no sauces, no crab, and was sick for 2 days after eating there. TERRIBLE service, food, and attitude!

My mother was served raw scallops, deep fried and barely hot. I ordered grilled blue fish which also came out barely hot. I ordered rice as a a side which tasted like nothing but onions. And when I asked to order a soup besides the soup du jour I was told it was $2 extra when on the Ala carte menu two of the soups are the same price as the soup du jour. Fortunately the soup we spent $2 extra on was actually the only good part of the meal. Overall a 2 hour waste of money.

sitting in on the Sunday brunch and what can I say other than this place is disgusting. The food blows. not much of a selection either. crab legs seem as if they were made yesterday. The prime rib is anything but prime, I would rename it to the sub prime rib, omelets are ok but you cant screw up an omelet unless your retarded. sweets are ok. just ordered a Belgian waffle. hoping it will be edible. The buck should change its name to the YUCK edit.. waffle is nasty

Valentines Special Sweetheart dinner for 2 for $90 was a rip off. It looked like it was 1 entree cut in 2. In my experience when restaurants offer a special menu for Holidays they are usually bigger and better then the regular menu, unfortunately this wasnt the case. To spend over a hundred dollars for dinner then have to go over to Burger King to feel satisfied is a disgrace!!!

The "Buck" is a historical landmark in Bucks County. The place is packed on Thursday and Friday evenings and their brunch on Sundays is out of this world. They recently added an outside deck upstairs with a full bar which is a perfect place to hang during the summer. Although no longer a "hotel", the "Buck" boasts beautiful banquet halls for weddings and other celebratory occasions.

Locally owned and operated restaurant with great food and services. The Buck hotel has many offerings from a great bar to large ball rooms. I have had many functions at the Buck hotel and the food and services have always been superior to others. The staff is always willing to help you. The bar tenders make you feel at home. I always recommend the Buck Hotel.

I went in to view the venue for a potential wedding venue for my fiancé. I guess they forgot about the wedding/reception that was in progress that I walked into for my appointment. The lady Lauren will be rescheduling my appointment. Not sure when it will work out because my availability is better on Saturdays. So Im gonna stay positive and see if it works out.

The great quality of food is undeniable here. The service is usually very good. The outdoor seating is great in the warm weather. I love the upstairs outdoor deck but there is NO bathroom up there and the steps can be treacherous after having an alcoholic drink. This is one of my go-to places when Im in the area, perfect for all ages, dates or groups.

Ive been getting take out from Ruhlings for years and have NEVER had anything but GREAT food come my way! My boyfriend and I recently went to the buffet and everything, including the service, was FANTASTIC!!! My only suggestion would be to have online ordering.

I ordered from the takeout section. The restaurant baked a huge piece of tin foil in the crab cake. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! Called the manager and they just took a message and never returned my phone call. Disgusting food and horrible customer service!!

Good food. Lovely place to eat. Then theres great entertainment on the weekend nights. Drinks are on the expensive side $5. for an ODouls. But go there for an upscale crowd who like to have good wholesome fun dancing the night away

How do you expect people to stay at the bar when it is 91 degrees outside and u have your doors open with no air conditioning on. And the owner refuses to turn it on for the help and patrons. Was the for happy hour Wednesday night.

For $40 a pop for brunch.....Your guests deserve fresh squeezed OJ and tastier flank steak. The flank steak was very dry with no seasoning or sauce. Waffles were way undercooked and the bagels were not fresh. I do not recommend.

Was excited to try this as Id heard good things, however was extremely disappointed when my husband took me for my birthday. It was summer & it was so hot in the restaurant I was sweating. The food was bland and small portions.

Have gone multiple times with family, I love the Brunches. I love how the menu changes. Recently went with coworkers for our holiday dinner. It was my pick for everyone and I chose there. The menu has something for everyone!

Always a good meal here. Theyre signage is tacky and theyre putting too much emphasis on the bar. If they want to be a classier place for weddings and events, then they have to stop turning the place into just another bar.

Customer service is really bad! I do not recommend! Called to make reservations and was disconnected 4 times. And then they were very rude! No wonder the parking lot is always empty! I wish I could give the 0 stars!

I was there for New Years Eve. I had a great time. I did not eat anything, or drink alcohol. The place was lively and fun! Those who do, looked like they were enjoying themselves as well. I will definitely go back.
