I visited on a beautiful Sunday afternoon and chose a table in the outdoor patio area. The table had not been cleared. After sitting for 10 minutes, I finally asked one of the wait staff if it was ok that I seated myself. She said yes, but did nothing in the way of clearing the table or finding someone else to do it. After another 5 minutes, someone finally did clear the table and took my beverage order (a draft beer) and I informed her I was waiting on another person. Another 10 minutes later, I finally got my draft, and my sister-in-law had joined me at the table. Her drink order was taken when mine was delivered. Hers took about another 15 minutes. When the server delivered that, she also took our order. We waited about 20 minutes for our appetizer, calamari, and it was slightly burnt and pretty tasteless.The portion was so tiny we barely got 5 pieces each. Then we waited another FULL HALF HOUR for our main orders -- hers was the sliders and mine was the blackened fish tacos. The tortillas were so stale they fell apart in my hand. The slider rolls were equally stale. My dish was tasteless, and my sister-in-laws was too salty. When the meals were delivered, my sis-in-law ordered another vodka/cranberry. Our meals were totally consumed before the drink ever got there, at which point I also ordered another draft which, ultimately, we never got because at that point, after waiting more than another 10 minutes for it, I was disgusted and spoke with the manager about our experience. He tried to give me something free, but I told him I wanted nothing from him but to fix the problems at his restaurant. He explained the server was two weeks new to the restaurant. I told him it was managements failure if they didnt ensure she was ready for a full slate of tables before assigning them to her. The restaurant was anything but busy -- maybe 5 people at the bar and 15 tables tops, with about 5 wait staff in sight. There was no excuse for the really shoddy service. I also told the manager it wasnt the servers fault that the food was substandard and the portions were too small to be priced so high. I will not be going back there again -- EVER.

I went here last night with my mom. Our waitress was very opiniated. When I asked my mom if she wanted to share mussels the waitress and asked waitress how they were said "I dont care for them just know they are spicy." Then when I ordered a pumpkin beer waitress goes, "It has vanilla vodka in it and I dont like that." I told I just wanted the beer. Them where do I start on our food order. We order a ahi tuna sandwich and burger. Our food took at least 30 to 35 mins. People coming in after us were getting their food. Then runner tried to put the table behind us food on our table. My mom had to call manager over and he went to see where our food was. Not once did waitress say let me go check on your food. The manager was very nice and gave us our meal for free. Waitress kept giving us looks when we were eating. At the end she finally came over and said you can leave when you want the meal is on us. I will not be coming back here plus I live about 45 mins to 1 hour away and we happen to be in area! Food was good though just service is horrible!

Awful. The 2 of us walked in. No hostess to greet us. Went and sat at the bar. After 10 minutes the bartender finally came over and we ordered 2 beers. The beer we wanted was kicked. 5 different beers on tap had been kicked. Bartender says oh we had a big party before you guys came in. Umm then the kegs shouldve been backed up. The bartendee shouldve sid to us that the beers werent on tap. Then we ordered food. Never came over to ask if we were ok. Dirty glasses and plates on the side bar. Only 1 bartender on. So he was doing the bar and service bar. No manager around at all. After 45 minutes still no food. Bartender came over and said oh I will comp your beers. We asked if our food was even done. And he was basically tongue tied. Offered to buy us another round of beers. We said to cancel our food. We left and went across the street to Unos. Walked in and sat at there bar. 2 bartenders on. We will not be back to Bar Louie.. and that was not our 1st time there either. I didnt even want to give a rating.

Went there for a couple drinks with co-workers. Waitress didnt let me know happy hour was 5 min away, so first drink was more expensive. I was charged pre-happy-hour prices for my second drink as well. I kindly sent the receipt back and got it changed. I was served the wrong beer for my second drink. I gave it back, and instead of pouring me a new drink, 3 people from the wait staff / bar staff sat around the beer and tasted it with straws to truly determine if I actually was correct that they sent me a blue moon instead of an IPA. Cmon guys, its Yellow. Waitress was miserable for the rest of the night. Poor girl, I dont know what was making her pissed off. I wasnt a bit rude at all either. Maybe someone came down on her when i sent it back. Either way, I wasnt too impressed.

We come in and the waitress tells us "sit where you like" cool, we sit down and waited about 15mins until another worker(whos section isnt hers) come to us and ask if we were waited on. We said no and she questions another worker "whos section is this" she said idk so by default she took our drink order down then left.. For a guy to come to us and ask "what we want to drink"again just for another guy come and give us our drinks. Were sitting here and still dont know who our waiter is and been waiting 30min for our apps and burger to come out. Horrible service. But the food is the only reason this gets 2 stars from me.

We sat ourselves because thats what the mouth-breather at the bar told us what to do. After 20 minutes of deciding what drink we wanted on their amazing false advertising menu and not being offered a drink or even have a waitress come to our table and acknowledging us as human, we got up and left. As we were passing the couple eating alfresco with empty drinks, stomachs, and hopes we decided it was the best decision of the night. Well, the Montana Mule at Longhorn across the parking lot was the best decision of the night. Get bent Bar Louie. Please close down soon. From the looks of it it wont be long.

Im not sure if its management or service but me and my girlfriend came just as a couple and were told to seat ourselves. Bad idea. We waited almost 15minutes until I got up and called someone over. Took 20minutes to get a margarita and when I ordered my drink, the waiter brung the wrong one and argued with me that it was the right one. Clearly I watched it being poured and when he was corrected he didnt even apologize. All in all, the food is solid nothing special, the building is beautiful. Service was horrible. If anything I recommend sitting at the bar to get some quicker service.
