My husband and I frequent this establishment on occasions when our regular bar House of Brews is closed or unavailable. When Racks is our only option we spend a couple hours with the few people that are ever in there. We always have small issues with our drinks or food but being our neighborhood bar we tolerate the bad service and meals. Being as they were our only neighborhood establishment open tonite we reluctantly opted to celebrate our New Years Eve here. While trying to dance and celebrate the holiday, avoiding the drug addicts doing some type of drug in the bathroom, we were asked to leave and the cops were called on us. Even the police knew that the request was ridiculous and laughed at the "manager" or so she called herself. I will never step foot in this horrible so called bar again amd suggeat that if you would like to be treated with any respect The House Of Brews is the place to go. Worst food and worst management I have ever experienced.

My husband and I just left Racks which is rare for a Sunday and the guy bartender who came from Atco is the worst bartender that I have ever came across. We had to wait over 15 min to get served while he finished his conversation. Then he took our order and my food was brought out and after an additional 15-20 min we inquired to my husbands food and the bartender was care free about forgetting to enter my husbands order. Once I asked to talk to a manager about our bad service, he wiped our tab clear. We didnt come for a free meal, we came to eat and have drinks we dont mind paying and tipping a min of 20% I just wont tolerate bad service. Bottom line is dont go to Racks on Sunday afternoons when that guy is bartending, he is awful and needs to find another job.

We went twice and were sorry both times. They had just opened the first time and claimed to have fresh food and a good chef. I ordered the roast pork but got the roast beef and it looked grey with rainbow marbling (boiled?). It was tough and flavorless. We figured we would give them a second try and sat at the bar this time. The bartender spent most of her time talking to a few of her favorite customers and was slow to serve us even though the place was less than half full. The beer tasted off as though the lines were not cleaned and I saw a roach before I ordered any food. Dive Bar at best.

Terrible. Dont go there. We got thrown out on NYE for dancing inappropriately? They told us there were familys there. At a bar on NYE? The manager was serving drinks and told us she was calling cops. We left, standing at the car and talked to them and they laughed about it. We are there twice a week when no ones there, so they think they dont care about your customers? They have the waitresses are dressed in skimpy outfits, vulgar rap music and we were dancing wrong? Lousy place, poor management. Dont go there

Very nice bar very nice patio plenty of tvs nice pool table, we stop at this place 3 times to watch our team play and its been the same way every time, comparing to 4 other bars in Williamstown they had the best wings! Only $0.50c and beer $2.50 for those who drink beer, everything else we order was good every time! Service decline after 4/5?? When 2 new bartender came in and mostly cater to their friend or boyfriends good thing we where there for earlier games only.

Crabs were great and Martini was great. Service sucked. Took a while to get sat. A while to for a waitress to come over. A while to get a drink. Forever for the first order of crabs to come out. Never came back for a drink refill. Sat for twenty minutes after finishing for a check and finally guessed my bill and left because I got tired of waiting. Just terrible. One star was for the food. Bummed.

We enjoy Friday as date night to end the work week trying different places to mix it up. Racks in Williamstown is one we really enjoy. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The food is good and they have a great happy hour with daily specials. You can enjoy yourself either inside or they have an outside bar. Cant go wrong either way.

Went Saturday night about 10pm. They had a band playing, the band was good but place was empty. The room lights were on and so bright I got a tan. They never turned off the house music so the band had to play over that. It seemed like it was closing time the whole time we were there.

Horrible customer service speed of service is completely slow. Sat at the bar for almost 45 minutes before I got to place me order. Also the night of the Floyd fight they had a $20 charge way too high considering that they never show fights. Never again

Great drinks. Loved the fish bowl options. While I didnt personally like the mussels, I would 100% come back here for other things. Came here with husband, Mom, and multiple friends. We all liked it!

I went to Racks in Williamstown on Sunday night, sat a table and waited for 10 minutes for someone to come to my table. No one showed up and keep in mind, the place was deserted, now I see why :( Bad Service
