This review is for this Langhorne location only. Primos as a whole is amazing. I called to ask a question and the manager hung up on me saying "I dont have time for this". Then called me back to apologize for her actions. Once I got the sandwich the tomatoes were paper thin to the point where they disintegrated. I asked for extra and was told (I cant give extra tomatoes because they are too expensive) I even offered to pay for them and was still turned down. I now go to the fairless hills location instead of Langhorne.

This was our first visit to this location and were pleasantly pleased with the telephone ordering and the quick service upon pick-up. The hoagies were outstanding. The meat was cut wafer thin, tasty and plentful. The rolls help to make the sandwich and we could not find anything wrong with our order. We look forward to our next visit in the very near future.

I ordered a sandwich,they made it wrong, i explained to them, they said they dont make that sandwich I have two menus, both say they do, then called back to explain they didnt want to hear it,and told a bunch of who hah about cant afford to take it off the menu, my better half says thats false advertising and i hope this place of buisness closes down.

Primo hoagies are awesome... The use the freshest meats and cheeses which give the sandwhich a wonderful taste. They use shredded lettuce and paper thin tomatoes and have so many varieties of hoagies available for order... These hoagies are so delicious that if you dont try one sooner or later I can tell you that your truly missing out...

Ask for chipped get thick. Excuse machine doesnt close that much. Health hazard is what Im thinking. Anyone can cut themsrlves on the slicer if you cant close it. Ill make sure to call L&I FOR YOU

Its the best one around this area. Staff is always friendly and they dont deconstruct the pepper shooters on the crusher like the other location on Street Road in Bensalem does.
