I have had the breakfast once but I have had lunch multiple times. I get the same thing every time. I get an Italian Combo sub with all of the meats, and veggies. It tastes good EVERY time! It is so filling. I normally get two meals out of it. The chips are home made, and are pretty good (Im not a chip person). I have had it for four days straight, once. It never gets old! I went once with my grandma (she can be picky, but she knows what she likes). She got a Reuben sandwich. She liked it. It was a little messy. Again, very good. The employees are kind and inviting. They are ALWAYS busy, just at different rates. Even at their busiest time they are very fast and the food is still good! I wouldnt think twice about going back.

Not all bagels are created equal. This place is great. I have about 7 bagel shops back home from Jewish bagel shops to a place with multiple locations this ranks up there. Bagels are large, doughy with a great crust- the way bagels should be. Not too chewy hard or skinny. A carb lovers dream. Very tasty bagels too. I tried six different bagels. Good coffee and cream cheese. Ill only knock them is on the backend of the order they forgot my cream cheese but I went back in and the girl made the container for me. Note...If using Google maps coming from rehoboth on route 1 there is a cut through in the median. You dont have to do the whole u turn Google maps tells you to do. Go there if you like bagels and want a good one.

Every year at the end of the beach season this is one the hardest places for me to leave behind. In my humble opinion, this is simply the best bagel shop in Delaware. The place is always packed in the morning with locals ( a good sign) and out-of- towners. The bagels are huge and always fresh. There are a lot of flavors( chocolate chip is my kids favorite and poppy seed is mine). My favorites are homemade cream cheese. My favorites- salmon and vegetable. Come early, grab a bagel and coffee and enjoy it outside on the patio. Great local place!

I went during the peak breakfast hours. The line was worryingly long at first but they flew through taking orders, I did not wait long at all. I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese on a toasted sesame bagel and it was absolutely delicious. Simple, fresh, tasty, made to order. The bagel was great too. A friend of mine who went with me ordered a similar sandwich with bacon, and we both noted, happily, that the chefs did not "skimp" on either of our breakfast meats. Next time I am around I will be returning, certainly.

As a New Yorker finding a good bagel is like finding a needle in a haystack. Surf Bagel has the best bagels around. They are made right there on the premises. Typically people like to get their bagels toasted but I actually think it takes away from the freshness of the bagels they produce there at Surf Bagel. The staff is awesome and always treat me so well regardless of how long their line is. Sitting outside on their new patio is also really awesome and they are doggie friendly.

I always make a point to stop at Surf Bagel when Im in town. Theyre open all year round, from early morning to mid afternoon. They have a large fresh bagel selection, generally 10+ varieties, as well as breakfast and lunch sandwiches. They also offer coffee and a selection of bottled drinks. This is really a takeout sort of spot, though there are a few tables, and some outdoor seating in-season.

Love this place. It is what we have for breakfast everytime we come down here from Philly. I would feel as if my trip were incomplete without some Surf Bagel! They have practically any flavor bagel you could imagine and they are all amazing. Have them just as a bagel or as a breakfast sandwich. They also have some tasty smoothies to compliment the breakfast. :)

There food is so amazing! I love their bagel sandwiches but there customer service over the phone is completely rude and unpleasant. When I called Wendy answered and was extremely short with me and gave me no time estimate, no thank you for calling, no how are you, and not even a goodbye when we got off the phone she just hung up after asking my name.

Surf Bagel is always incredible. Yes, there will probably be a wait, especially early in the morning, but patience is key - and the bagels are so good. Their wraps are also delicious, especially the Mexicana. They do give student discounts to Cape students, too, which was really helpful.

Was taking the ferry from Lewes to Cape May after a few days staying at our beach house, got a bagel from the food court thing in the terminal in Lewes and they were soft and delicious, after asking where they were from I will surely go to Surf Bagel and get the real experience

They just get it right. Bagels are awesome as are all their baked goods. The staff are fantastic and are extremely accommodating. Simply the best bagel at the beach and their quality far outweighs the issue of the 8 mile drive to get to them. You will not be disappointed!

I cant eat from here enough. Ever since they opened 10+ years ago, the bagels and meals have always been delicious, the service prompt and friendly, and the line (which is often long) is kept moving. I expect Surf Bagel to stay open for a long time if they keep it up.

Great bagel shop at the shore. The employees are so nice, the bagels are good and service is very prompt. They have all the typical bagel shop sandwiches and are very accommodating if you need something special. Try it.

Surf bagel is the best breakfast sandwich in the Delaware beach scene. Great breakfast food, friendly employees, and good coffee. Watch for your turn by finding the big billboard on the southbound side of route 1.

This is probably one of the best hidden gems of the area! They have some awesome bagels and spreads as well as an incredibly tasty menu. Fast service and kind associates always helps as well. Highly recommended!

The food was pretty good and you get a ton considering what you pay. I had the mexicana wrap with the chips, which was great. I think they make their own chips. The coffee was not great though.

Surf Bagel is an amazing experience with the best bagels anywhere (including NY and NJ)! Also the staff are all so friendly and the organization is very generous in the community.
