About two or three times a week, I get my lunch from this location because its the only type of fast food I like, and it is close to my workplace. Almost every time I go, they mess my order up. This is not an exaggeration- I get really excited when everything is correct. Last week, it was a sugar cookie instead of a shortbread cookie and a hot coffee instead of an iced coffee. On Monday, they gave me chips instead of baguette (for the umpteenth time- getting the sides right seems to be a real struggle for this location), and the avocado on my sandwich was so brown, I ended up just throwing it away. Im not a picky person, so usually I just deal with whatever food they decide to give me. Its worth the convenience for me. But after today, Im fing done. Today, I sat for 10 minutes at the drive through while they made my order. That would be just a little annoying if my order were correct. But it wasnt. My thai garden chicken wonton had no chicken. The baguette was missing. The iced coffee was so overfilled that it spilled all over me when they handed it through the drive through window. Im going to start driving out of my way to a different location, because this place is just pathetic.

Only got one star because I needed to give it a star to write this review . One word to descibe this place is disappointing. I ordered a you pick two with the BBQ salad and a bacon turkey bravo sandwich. The food just tasted awful. My girlfriend couldnt even eat her food because she said it tasted like complete garbage because they over cooked it to the point it was mush . Mac and cheese should not look like that. We go to Panera all the time in stroudsburg and compeltely enjoy it so we thought it would be just as good here . Worst choice . $24 wasted . The dishes were piled high in a small section where the garbage was. The only high light was that the staff was very welcoming . Never eating here again.

So, my family and I just went to this location through the drive through. Typically, I will choose panera if I want a good sandwich because of the quality of the food, despite it being over priced. That was not the case today. I purchased, for myself, the Italian conmbo, with several alterations. The order was read back to me, and correct, so I did not feel the need to check my sandwich. My fault, I know, because when I got home, the sandwich was not correct. I asked for extra sauce but instead got a drop. I also asked for cheddar instead of swiss, but i got the Swiss anyways. Im starving, thoroughly annoyed, and pissed right now. Thanks for ruining my dinner, Panera!

Horrible came here they are open till 10 so its 730 8 and me and my girlfriend decided to stop for food they ran out of bread bowls for her soup okay fine can I get bread on the side with her soup sorry we are out of bread on the side and it just got worse from there wrong order when we actually got our food so no I will not be returning

Horrible. I thought that since it had 3 stars itll be decent but it was bad. Horrible quality, horrible quantity. I ordered a mac and cheese, what I got was garbage. It was totally overdone, with no care at all. Never coming back again, total waste of money. Dont waste your time here, youll be better off going somewhere else.

Typically fast service, good food, and friendly staff, though overpriced. 3 star rating due to inconsistencies in food prep (order is not the same every time) and improper reflection of stores stock on the mobile app (even though they have what I want, I cannot order it on the mobile app as it says they are sold out).

Attention to detail is not this locations strong suit. Had to ask for my side (bread). Then the a-hole gives me a very small pc. Have to ask for butter. Tables are dirty... run by a bunch of unmotivated losers. Probably typical of this area.

As good a Panera Bread as youll find in the area. Friendly folks behind the counter and the usual Panera Bread fare. If you like Panera Bread, youll really like this one.
