I hadnt been to Cicis in a few years, ever since the one in my area went out of business. So when I saw this one in Easton, I added it to my list to try on my next trip up here. On the whole, this is a good Cicis when it comes to service. The employees are helpful when you have questions. They still make fresh pizzas, even when its only an hour until closing time. Most importantly, there is someone going around cleaning the tables. (I am not sure how it is when the restaurant is busy though. I went there on a Sunday evening, when the dining area was less than half full.) When it comes to food though, the pizzas are still as mediocre as I remember them. The salad bar, on the other hand, has improved a lot. With the new vegetable selections, olives and pickled jalapenos, its now almost like Ruby Tuesday. Dessert selections are okay too, although there were only 3 items at that end of the counter. For $6.29, I dont expect much and Cicis meets that expectation. There are far better choices in the area, but if you dont want to spend a lot of money, this is your best choice for a salad bar that comes with pizza buffet.

Went to cicis last week and based on this experience I would not return. Especially to this location. We arrived and the first thing we noticed was service. Where do you get your employees? Ex porn stars? The one girl had so much makeup on, looked oranger than a Cheeto. Her bra was showing ! That's totally inappropriate considering I took my family. When I asked what her name was, she got confused and after a few seconds said Kristen. She then proceeded to say mean things About my family to the other worker. I will not return to this location, because of this trip. I will tell all my friends the same. It's a shame A horrible employee ruined this visit for me and many future customers.

This CiCis Pizza restaurant is horrible, and we would advise anyone not to eat here. It used to be a good restaurant at one time...not anymore. The food tastes good, but its the new mangement running this establishment giving orders to guests on what to do that makes the experience here very unpleasant. They ordered us to sit down while eating our food. They also told us you cant have more than one refill per drink. Really? Whats next, no talking while eating at your table (i.e., "silent lunch period"), like what we used to do in elementary school? Oh, and the management here is very unfriendly and doesnt listen to any guest who eats here. Hope this place goes out of business soon!

This was my first time eating at Cicis. I thought it was very good and the manager was very very nice. When I got home I couldnt find my wallet I looked everywhere for it to no avail. Then I said let me call Cicis. Sure enough she told me she had it. When I went to pick it up I looked and everything was in there including a fifty dollar bill I had in there. Being a recent transplant from New York this was amazing to me. Then I offered a reward which was refused even when I insisted they said no .unbelievable

I understand that with many buffets, it is a matter of quantity verse quality. This is one of those places. Crust was soo bad that I ate just the toppings off the pizza. As it turned out, the mozzarella that they use was also pretty bad. The Alfredo Sause was watery and when I special ordered a pizza, they forgot (?) to make it and the manager lied about it. The best part was the salad (just okay) and soda. This place is better suited for kids and teens. Wont be back.

I take a 40 minute drive monthly to enjoy this place. Its 5.75 for all you can eat pizza and I believe 1.50 for a drink (unlimited refills). For the money, youre not going to eat better. I dont eat salad so I cant comment on that, but the pizza is awesome and the deserts are just as good. If you want a pizza that isnt on the buffet, the staff will make you one. The pizza is always hot, the place is clean, and its cheap. Best pizza place in the pocono area by far

Overall this place is nice, but had a worst experience ever had. Bought a small salad and employee gave me a big salad box. when i started to serve, the manager saw me and came running and started saying please return this box as this is for large salads and when i said your employee gave it to me. He started snatching from my hand and said I have to charge you more if you want this. I understand it was employees mistake but snatching from my hand..

What in the world are some of these reviews talking about "best pizza in poconos" "drove 40 mins just to eat here". If a small array of frozen style pizza with homeless shelter type atmosphere is your thing, then I guess Cicis the place to go. Their "pasta buffet" is a joke, some soggy pasta and either marinera or a lumpy weird white sauce. Worse fifteen dollars ever spent, just go to a regular pizzeria and order a pie of REAL pizza.

We are very unhappy with the way our group was treated during a fund raising event. We were YELLED at by management within minutes of our group getting there, Again by a cashier a little while later. And we do not believe we got the correct amount of money. Not HAPPY. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK as a group and probably not s individuals. It was a Wednesday night and we brought them a ton of business.

The food here is terrible. Salad was a pathetic pile of limp, pale iceberg. Pizzas were like circles of bland toast with strange toppings- macaroni and cheese?! Very depressing atmosphere- kind of like dining at the cafeteria of an institution. Pizza and buffet are much better across the street at Wegmans.

Very good. Either I was really hungry or they stepped up their game. The pizza was fantastic, wings are good. The grilled cheese amazing, the cinnamon roles, addicting. Overall a very positive experience. The wings took a little longer then we expected, but well worth the wait. Highly recommended.

Clean restaurant, good tasting pizza, kids eat free on Tuesdays, but on other days it is dirt cheap. Additionally, they have an arcade in the back of the restaurant. If a pizza looks less than fresh or is not available, ask to have it made and theyll bring it out to you.

The food was nasty. And the pasta was burnt I told the manager and he just put more pasta in and mixed it with the burnt stuff. It was a very bad experience and we drove a hour to get here because they one by use closed. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

I will never go there again. I took my granddaughter on a monday. We had a coupon for adult meal and kids was free. So we decide to enjoy the meal again on tuesday. But they charged me full price for her. Why should one day be different then the next.

The young man that wearing a black long sleeve & a black cicis pizza shirt over it, was very kind asked him for silver ware and gave me some quick, also cleaned my table very nice. Also the pizza was great definitely recommend it.
