I like to look at the positives. They can make breadsticks. And they can dispense soda from a fountain. Thats about it. I have been to Olive Garden before, and the one I usually go to (in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio), is very good. I liked their chicken alfredo, and so I ordered it again when my mom and I were on the road. Really sorry we came to this one. We both got iced tea and somehow, they cannot even produce tea. It was just brown lemon water, and so we asked if we could get fountain drinks instead--at least they couldnt screw that up. Next, we got our salad. Other waiters and waitresses around asked other guests if they wanted any cheese, but our waiter (who wasnt rude but not particularly good with service), did not offer any to us at all. The salad itself was mostly comprised of onions on croutons. Fast forward to the entrees, I got my chicken alfredo and my mom got her chicken parmesan with spaghetti. First off, her plate was very... miniscule. It looked like something from a frozen meal, except Ive had better stouffers meals than that (I tasted hers when she said it wasnt very good). My food, however, was just plain half-assed. The noodles were overcooked, with some of them hard like theyd sat under a heat lamp forever. At least the sauce tasted okay, but there was only like half the amount of chicken on top than when I ate at my usual restaurant, and they were just plopped randomly onto one side. But I couldnt even stand to eat all of it because it was overcooked and extremely chewy and flavorless. Horrible chicken. If you absolutely have to go here, do not order the chicken alfredo. We could hear other guests complaining about their food as well and some of the people from the adjacent table even sent their food back. We gave our waiter a low tip for his poor service, and as we were leaving he gave us a dirty look. That was nice. Clearly, the manager of this particular location does not care about who he hires to serve people, or to cook the food. The Olive Garden I know has kind employees and well prepared and plated food. This restaurant does not meet that standard. Im not a picky restaurant goer, but this was a poor experience for me. Disappointed, and hope this location receives new and better management.

Im a never ending pasta pass holder, which means Ive paid $100 to have unlimited pasta, sauce and topping for 7 weeks (from oct 3rd - nov 20th 2016) Ive been coming pretty much every day, you see, thats why I got my pass, right? And at least 35% of the times I have some sort of problem with my check. Service is awful 75% of the times. I know for a fact most of the waiters have no idea how the pass works but it surprises me the managers dont either, weekly a manager comes to my table telling me something Im trying is not possible even if I did it several times before. Today for example, oct 17th, the manager insisted the complimentary Coca-Cola drink didnt apply for guests, even though its written IN THE CARD it does. I feel like 80% of the staff doesnt like me now and I know for a fact one of the managers keeps an eye on me as if I was doing something illicit when all Im doing is enjoying the pass I paid for and actually bringing more clients to the restaurant when I bring friends. This was supposed to be a positive advertisement for Olive Garden, as Id bring people who wouldnt be having a meal there, and I tell many people daily about the restaurant as its part of my daily routine for these 7 weeks. I wish at least managers knew this pass is legit and knew the guidelines. I also often find myself telling the managers what to do to fix the system and solve the problem, as Ive been to Olive Garden many times, and they usually disregard my advice and keep saying what they were. Ive been overcharged when I wasnt supposed to at least 5 out of my 15 times. 33,33% of times. It seems they do it on purpose to get me to stop going, but I wont. Ill finish my 7 weeks, and if things dont get better, Ill never again return to Olive Garden after November 20th 2016.

WARNING: Alright, so after reading the terrible reviews I still couldnt resist. Ive eaten at multiple Olive Gardens many times, and thought that those writing the reviews were maybe too critical. I was so wrong! This Olive Garden is by far the WORST! I thought placing an order by phone for pick up would save me from the reported bad customer service and long wait, but I was wrong. The woman who took my order was not the worst, but was far from the nicest. Then, after my fiance came home after picking up the order, he immediately noticed that both of the soup container lids were not sealed properly, and both soups spilled all over and soaked the bag and our car seats. After cleaning up the big soupy mess, we sat down to eat and found that the breadsticks(which are in an insulated bag) were cold, there were bad pieces of lettuce in my salad, the pasta was watery, and the mozzarella on the chicken parm was not even melted! It looked like they fried a chicken breast, topped it off with some pieces of mozzarella and called it a day. Ive never seen a piece of chicken parm look like that, and its the only thing I order from there. I will not be ordering from there again.

Ordered from the to go menu and after a lengthy wait of 50 mins received the food cold and what seemed like to be lacking in items. The presentation of the food was horrible and to find out that they sometimes combine the ordes together in one to go container to what I would assume is to save space. All around horrible. Called the next day to complain to have one manager politely listen to our complaint and offer us a $25 gift card or a dine in meal on them of which we chose the dine in meal. Was told that a note would be left for another manager and when we chose to come in, it would be honored. Go to come in on the day we chose and were told me another manager that they could only offer us a take out dinner instead. Now this is NOT what we were offered! Poor communication in-between management. Also, I would think that in customer relations, the actual manager would come out and have a discussion with us, instead then sent a go between to do their job.

Walked into Olive Garden for a birthday celebration after calling ahead to let them know we were on our way - hostess told us "itd be awhile." Waited about 30-35 minutes and we were then seated in an empty room within what looked to be a pretty empty restaurant. Waited about 10 minutes before asking the hostess where our server was and she responded with "hes busy, hell be over when he can." Long story short - all 13 of us got up and walked out and had a wonderful lunch somewhere else. At past restaurants Ive worked in - there would be no tolerance for speaking to customers in that way. Wheres the management in this place? Wont ever go back and from reading past reviews my family wont be the only ones.

Called to ask if I could make a reservation and the women on the phone wouldnt let me finish my sentence before she interrupted and told me, "they dont take reservations" then she hung up the phone on me. If she would have nicely let me know instead interrupting me and then hanging up on me, then I would have still came in tonight with my colleagues of 12 but instead they lost business and $$$. Hint: Employees have that job because of the money generated by the customers. So customer service is a big aspect to making money and keeping a job. You might want to train employees again especially after reading the other reviews about the horrible costumer service.
